Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, Emporia, Virginia

Date of Stay: September, 2005 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

The pull thru sites were very easy to navigate at 10:00 pm when we arrived. We stayed overnight on our way to Disney World. They trains were enough to keep my wife up for a good part of the night but I slept through them. We had an issue with the electric hookup, the breaker kept popping. Easy access to I95. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Mays Landing RV Resort , Mays Landing, New Jersey

Date of Stay: August, 2005 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This park is definitely family friendly. There were activities constantly for the kids including hay rides, crafts, pictures with Yogi, Cindy and Boo-Boo Bear. When we arrived, we were escorted to our site by an employee in a golf cart who then helped us to back into our site. The staff was very friendly. The rules are enforced very well. The campground is mostly seasonal, but they were pretty well maintained and not eyesores. They advertised a heated pool, but it as a bit chilly, too much for my one year old to enjoy. We camped at Mays Landing RV Resort in a Motorhome.

New York City North / Newburgh KOA, Plattekill, New York

Date of Stay: April, 2005 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed this campground very much. Site was very level and shaded. We spent lots of time at the playground which was was nice. Baby swing was a bit dangerous as it had no strap that fits between the legs. Garbage can, picnic table provided on each site. Everything was clean. Staff was helpful. By far the favorite part for my son was the free ride on an old firetruck. I think we will head back here if ever in the area. We camped at New York City North / Newburgh KOA in a Motorhome.
