The Villages RV Park at Turning Stone, Verona, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

friendly staff - easy to find site- nice long sites. clean laundry room but needs more machines. Tried to purchase propane but was told the only person who could pump it was out on the grounds and they did not know when he would be available. Did not offer to try to reach him by radio or phone. Beautiful pool We camped at The Villages RV Park at Turning Stone in a Fifth Wheel.

Saratoga RV Park, Gansevoort, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2017 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

We paid weekly rate $315- only park in area with 50amp service when we did not plan months ahead. Sites are "back to back" shared poles - which puts your neighbor very close and shared front area. Basically a dirt parking area. - some weeds. Power was poor on hot days - pulled our volts to 110 - which is hard on the appliances. We would look elsewhere if returned to the area. We camped at Saratoga RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

New Lisbon Family Campground, Straughn, Indiana

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

many seasonal RV spots - most well kept - overnight spots are out in open with level easy pull through. Friendly and helpful hosts. road to sites is past older rigs and in the woods - trees are well trimmed - which is important for a tall rig. We would return again. We camped at New Lisbon Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Fort Bridger RV Camp, Fort Bridger, Wyoming

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Wonderful park, when we stopped it was very early in the season and the new owners were hard at work making sure all the sites where in great shape. Newly painted picnic tables etc. Manager lives on site and was very friendly - even came over to tell us a Mama Moose had her baby behind his trailer and invited us over to see! Plus the Fort Bridger site next door makes this a place to stop for two nights. We will return. We camped at Fort Bridger RV Camp in a Fifth Wheel.

Happy Camper RV Park, Pagosa Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

This is a rundown park with mostly long term campers. We had called ahead, lady on phone took our information including phone number. Did not want a deposit. Upon arrival at 3pm Sunday afternoon office was closed. Sign had names for 2 reservations. Our name was not on the board.

Called office number and person advised we could go to far end of park to site F. It was supposed to be full hookup. Backed in and noticeD no water hookup. Called the office again and told to share with site next to us that had a splitter. When we went to place our hose behind neighbor rv..man came to his door and shook his head no pointing to camper on our other side. We ended up having to fill our tank since no splitter over on that side.

So much for full hookup, site was not clean, trash on ground, nothing but weeds. Will not return. Over priced even at passport rate. We camped at Happy Camper RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Butch Cassidy RV Park and Campground, Salina, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very tight sites and next time would drive further for an overnight at a Flying J or a Walmart as this is not worth the money. Trucks can be heard all night long. Manager was friendly but concerned we get close to our power pole so she could put another camper in front of us. The 5th wheel that shared our power pole had to back up in his site or our living room slides would have touched. We camped at Butch Cassidy RV Park and Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

It is a nice park just off the interstate. It is good for an overnight on way to Yellowstone or Glacier National Parks. There are friendly people in town, too. We camped at Old West RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
