Bordertown Casino RV Resort, Reno, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Simply the best RV park I have stayed in for quite sometime. If you like a clean, level grassy site with a mountain view this is for you. I love this park and stayed a month longer than planned. The rules are great for those who have a new RV, keeps the rif raf out. This park is AAA+. We camped at Bordertown Casino RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Winnemucca / I-80 KOA (formerly I-80 Winnemucca), Winnemucca, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2008 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

I made a mistake stopping at this RV park. Most who reside in this park are long term and it shows. Spaces are not designed for RV's with slide outs and are rather a dirty mess. Forget sitting outside as dogs run loose through out the park and the barking will drive one crazy. Wi-Fi too was slow as I have ever seen and abandoned any attempts at surfing the net. I really have nothing good to say about this park, I will admit that the day I left was a good one. We camped at Winnemucca / I-80 KOA (formerly I-80 Winnemucca) in a Fifth Wheel.

Wendover Nugget RV Park, Wendover, Nevada

Date of Stay: November, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a no frills campground, I personally would not stay here again. Since the Golden Nugget casino owns this campground I expected better. Most are long term residents and the park is a mess. We camped at Wendover Nugget RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
