Large hot tub in park. Overlooks the ocean, wonderful views. This was a great place to stay. The only thing it suffers from is the locals who are very aggressive in trying to sale to the tourists. I think this is true to most tourist areas of Mexico though. Loved it!

Date of Stay:

Peaceful state park in Tucson with many hiking and biking areas close by. It is close to shopping too, right outside the park entrance. Park hosts were very friendly and met many other families here. Sites provide a large area of grass and picnic table and showers were clean with 3 stalls each. There is also a non-electric campground as part of the park too.

Date of Stay:

Right in the middle of all the activities of Cochise County. The sites are very large, the largest we have stayed in so far and each site has a picnic table and concrete pad. The pool is very warm, kept at 81 degrees year round and there are exercise equipment and a hot tub too. There are activities most days here including ones of interest to the kids, like history on the area and places to hike or bike. We were able to go to many of the ghost towns, Tombstone, Bisbee and Sierra Vista easily from this location. It is close to the San Pedro River area too. The only downside to this park is that they charge for electric so if you go during a time that you need a lot of AC or electric heat expect to pay for it.

This is mainly a permanent resident park located next to the Turf Paradise Horse Park but they do use empty slots for short term visitors. We spent two weeks here and enjoyed our visit. The pool was heated part of the time and then the heater broke. The guy that would fix it was in the hospital for surgery over Christmas so I can't complain too much about it. The hot tub was wonderful though and we used it a lot. The residents were very friendly and we even had one that brought presents to all the kids in the park including ours for Christmas. This was a very economical place to stay for winter time in Phoenix, especially finding a place that allows kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this park. It is a parking lot type with not much room in between spaces but we found it comfortable. The big issue we had was the park broke its own quiet hours by having the trash truck come by every day (Mon - Sat) at around 6am. When we approached the person at the desk about this we got an insincere apology and nothing else mentioned about it. If it weren't for this service they would have had a much higher rating.

Owners are very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay. Very long pull through sites with plenty of room for our 41' fifth wheel. WIFI was weak but usable and cable tv is nice. We would definitely stay here again. Price based on Enjoy America rate.

Stayed here for one night in our Toy Hauler fifth wheel and were pleased with the campground. Park hosts were very friendly. Price was kind of on the high side for non-tourist area. It was easy to get in and out.
