Park is right next to the highway. The water is clean. The bathroom isn't super dirty but not very clean. It is very cold in the bathhouse! No heat. The owner was friendly and kept to himself. Fine for overnight. Many longterm renters in the rear of the park where the older, more rundown trailers are. Many nice RV's up front.

The atmosphere in this camp ground is very hippie and kind. The access to a Sauna is also included when camping here! We were able to pick up a weak wifi signal at our spot. The water is the worst aspect of this resort. It is a sulfur spring water that STINKS like rotten eggs. You do not want to use this water in your RV. The smell lingers. Aside from the smell, it also leaves an oily/slimmy residue on your hands. Someone who works at the park knocked on our door two hours prior to check out, hassling us about where we were going next. This was a negative for me because I like my privacy. Lastly, let me describe the bathrooms. The main lodge has a larger bathroom/shower and sauna that is descent. (They only clean it once a week, Monday afternoon). This main lodge is only open 9am-10pm. It is an attraction the park has, so many people may be paying to use the sauna as well. The second bath house which is particularly for the RV Park is COLD, and not clean. I wish they would heat this building, because there is no way I could shower in there. It must have been 40 degrees in the cement building. Over-all, it is a friendly park, with nice people, but it has a run down, too laid-back feeling at times. No good water. Fine for overnight. Safe.

This park is the cleanest park in Ashland. It is wonderful to find a clean, heated bathroom and shower house. The owners were not very friendly towards us however. Rarely would the husband smile and he stopped us at the entrance to the park when we returned in our car. It made us feel unwelcome. The park itself was beautiful, nice creek, and allows dogs. Lots of long term renters so we did not get a good spot. Only long term renters get full hook ups. Overnight stayers do not have sewer. That was inconvenient. The trailer parked next to us had its tank overflow. I bet this happens often in these spots.
