Fort Mountain State Park, Chatsworth, Georgia

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

The weekend we were here, the park was full. I went with my grandson with a church outing. There were a lot of children in our group. Saw a few small black bears and a lot of deer. Sites were small and tight but level. Great views from top of mountain. Will go back. We camped at Fort Mountain State Park in a Motorhome.

Park is small and well kept, very quiet all sites on lake, bug screen would help to sit out at night. Great site for a person looking for quiet and relax. Great sunrise for the early riser. We camped at Hamburg State Park in a Travel Trailer.
