Spanish Trail RV Park & Campground, Moab, Utah

Date of Stay: May, 2018 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

Great park. Mostly retirees when we visited. Good sites with grass, a shade tree and nice, clean picnic table. Level gravel. Beautiful pool and spa, used almost every day. Best laundry room we have ever used any place! Lots of washers and dryers and they dry in one $1.50 cycle!! Great location and the price is amazing for the amenities. Super friendly workers. Good dog area. We camped at Spanish Trail RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

We went out in our Jeep every day. Sunday brunch 7am-2pm at Red Cliffs Lodge is $15/pp and is amazing. Seating on deck or patio overlooking the CO river. Went twice. Schezwan Chinese is very good. Pasta Jays and Zaks are not to be missed. We do take out for all but Zaks. If you have not done, Jet Ski and Zip lines are GREAT FUN. Free air at Shell station across the street from RV park. They also fill propane.

Elwha Dam RV Park, Port Angeles, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We dry camped here for 3 nights. Very flat and convenient. The regular spots seem a little tight/short. We liked to peace and quite and space where we were. The roads are a little narrow. Great location close to Port Angeles and Qlympic National Park. Clean laundry room with HE washers. $2.50 per load each washer and dryer (so $5/load total). We camped at Elwha Dam RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Bella Rosa Coffee Shop has the best crepes and coffee and are very friendly (on Lincoln St in town Port Angeles). Hurricane Ridge in Olympic NP is easy to get to and hike. Cape Flattery is a do not miss if you are in the area, but a windy coastal drive--do not take your RV.

Lake Pleasant RV Park, Bothell, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2017 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Very clean park with a lake, park and trails. Easy to get to town. We needed to get to Seattle for the day and were able to. Seemed to be a lot of monthly/seasonal people. Very busy park. Bothell is a cute town. We camped at Lake Pleasant RV Park in a Motorhome.

Resort side is excellent and worth every penny. If you have a coach over 10 years old be prepared to email them photos, but they let us in. The campground side is also great and we have stayed MANY times. Great wifi and Verizon 4G. Right near everything. Views in every direction. We camped at Portal RV Resort and Campground in a Motorhome.

North American RV Park & Yurt Village, Coram, Montana

Date of Stay: September, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Campground had dirt uneven sites. No one was there due to smoke so we got to select our site. E row had nice views. Would not say it's bad but it's basic. Host was very, very nice. We camped at North American RV Park & Yurt Village in a Motorhome.

Excellent park with great sites. Very wide, level concrete pads and well planned. Grass, picnic table and comfortable to sit outside. Close to west entrance. Backs to national forest for hiking, biking and dog walking. Highly recommend even though it seems pricey. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

James M. Robb-Colorado River State Park (Fruita Section), Fruita, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2005 - $16.00
Overall Rating:

This was one of the nicest campgrounds we ever stayed at. Each RV site (44 of them) had a concrete pad, patio, gravel area with picnic table (a nice one) and a ramada. Water was excellent. There was a lake and the Colorado River right there. FHU sites have 50 amp service. WE sites have 30 amp. The roads were all paved and all the areas were surrounded with manicured lawns. Also, a very quality playground area. Tent sites separate from RV sites. A lot of space between sites. No parking lot feel at all. Restrooms were top of the line-much nicer than most private parks. If ever in Grand Junction area, you must stay here. Within 5 minutes of Colorado National Monument also. FHU $20/nite, WE $16/nite We camped at James M. Robb-Colorado River State Park (Fruita Section) in a Motorhome.
