This is just a simple place to park an RV. No trees, no pool, no restrooms. Nothing. Just a few sites to park and hook up an RV. There are 7 sites but only two would be available for tall RVs. There is an electric cable about 12 feet off the ground in the other 5 sites. Water, sewer and 50 amp is available. Rock pads with little space between sites. This is in the parking lot of the VFW but the VFW is closed most of the time. Beautiful historic little town located in the Flint Hills of Kansas. We love the town and we love the people. We've stayed here two or three times before and will again. It's located 2 miles South of Highway 156 on highway 256 then about 1 mile east on the North side of the street.

Very nice State Park. For the most part it is clean and well maintained. Naturally since it is a state park, there is some "partyers" on the weekends. No sewer hook ups but there is a dump station at the park entrance of both campgrounds. Camp hosts are friendly and accommodating.
