On our way through Williams, we were going to stay at another RV Park but noticed this one near downtown. Definitely set up for excursions to Grand Canyon, but the location is great. The nearby train blows its whistle and can be a little noisy, but it stops about 8:30pm. The bathrooms were very clean. With snow on the ground, only about half the park was plowed for use but even then it was not full. We will return again on our next journey through this area.

This is a very nice, compact, and very quiet little park. The sites are level, gravel areas with a picnic bench and fire ring. This park is also very dog friendly, as we saw numerous dogs being walked in the mornings. We were concerned about possible smells being next the waste water treatment plant, but it was not a problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating about finding us a place when we wanted to stay another night. The park is a 15-minute walk to the Morro Bay waterfront restaurants and tourist shops and a shorter 5-minute walk to the beach. Backing into the cul-de-sac sites can be tricky if you arrive after dark. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were clean and convenient to our location. The showers could use a little more water pressure. A very nice park in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at several KOA's and we found this one to be very nice. It is somewhat close to I-80, but we didn't hear very much road noise. The park was not very full on this weekend and we were not parked next to anyone. About one-third of the park seems to have long-time guests. The bathrooms were quite clean and warm. They kept a heater running all the time which was nice for that middle of the night bathroom visit. It was very quiet without any children running around. There is also some pretty good barbecue in the nearby strip shopping center. We'll stay here again when in the Sacramento area.
