Great staff, level spot, clean park, clean restrooms and showers, and laundry. Great WIFI and Cable. Will definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly, with fast check in. It felt like a "family" type park. We will stay here again when passing through.

Date of Stay:

Price is the Sunrise membership price, but we had to pay an additional $3.00 for cable. WIFI is through tengonet at about $2.00 a day. It worked but not a great signal. Staff was friendly. Spot was level . Only one shower and two toilets in restrooms. Door to ladies rest room didn't fit and was hard to open and didn't shut all the way. Restrooms could use lots of updating but were clean.

Date of Stay:

Level, gravel, narrow and long pull through site. Once our slides were out, there was no room on the side as it touched the shrubs. Friendly person that checked us in.

Date of Stay:

Clean park, leval and spacious sites. Friendly staff. Price is a bit steep compared to non-KOA parks. WIFI and Cable good.

Date of Stay:

We spent two complimentary nights. The sites are level, the grounds, restrooms and showers are clean. The staff is friendly. There is a shuttle to transport you to the casino and back.

Date of Stay:

Sites have area for your vehicle and trailer but are very tight when you get both in. Park and facilities are clean. They will not let you in before 12 noon even if your site is available. The office person was less than friendly. The restrooms and showers are clean. After you get your password for the internet you still have to do several steps to connect.

Didn't get the space we were told we could have when we made reservations over a month ahead. Several permanent tenants. Bathrooms were not real clean but could possibly had a lot of use in the evening and overnight. Cable was not the greatest. It kept cutting in and out. Wi-Fi was terrible. Totally unable to connect even with an extender.

Date of Stay:

Level sites, grass pads between sites and nice picnic tables at each site. The staff was friendly and efficient. Very clean and neat park. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week here. On the day before we had to leave one of the men working here that drives the golf cart around came up to my husband and asked, "What did you do with the back flow valve on your water?" My husband asked, "What?". The guy led him to our water connection and said the back flow valve here. My husband said there had never been one on it. The guy with this accusing man said, there isn't one on this one either, referring to the one next to ours. My husband was never near the water valve area at all the day the man referred to. The park is run down. The restrooms are clean, but need updating bad. The office personnel were friendly. The tengonet cable is $2.00 a day with coupon codes from the office. We were parked right next to the tower, and our service was slow and off and on. The local TV channels are almost all Spanish except ABC, NBC and CBS and FOX. The jacuzzi was warm and the pool cold. The laundry is $1.25 a load for washer and dryers and do a good job. Most sites had no picnic table, but we had one that should have been made into firewood as it was in bad shape. We will never stay at this park again, primarly because of the employee that accused us of removing a back flow valve from the water.

The RV spot was between two park models, and somewhat tight to get into, but once in there was plenty of space for parking on a large cement area. There is a computer lab with good internet, but the internet from the sites is minimal. There is no cable for temporary people, but we were able to get the main local channels. The shower areas are outside the gate from the pool area and are not open early in the morning and were too far from the area we were assigned to use them. The price quoted was $21./day but it came to $25.65 a day which I assume was taxes, etc. This was $6.00 more than the other Cal Am park we stayed at which was much nicer than this one.

Very nice park with park models and RV parking. The staff was very friendly. It is extremely hard to park a large 5th wheel or large RV in between park models because of narrow streets and fruit trees at the spots. Paved streets, gravel parking area, large patio/parking area all well maintained. Beautiful pool area. Men's shower didn't get hot. Ladies did. Large computer room. WiFi from some sites. No cable tv. Excellent nightly music/dancing and deli at pool. Have stayed here twice for a week each time with Passport America and will stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We stayed for three nights. We weren't able to get the 1 night Passport America because they don't give it in December. The showers and restrooms are clean but have a bad odor. The jacuzzi was hot but the pool wasn't heated. The staff was friendly. Our spot was level.

Date of Stay:

Gravel sites. Blacktop roads through park. Two restrooms and showers for either sex, clean and outdated. Staff friendly and quick check in. Not much space between RV's. Water, Sewer, 50/30. Pull through site.

Date of Stay:

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and shower area. Easy access off I-10. Only complaint is trains run past, sometimes about 6 times/night and are very loud. About 3/4 block to beach. Sites back up to each other, but plenty big. Great WiFi and cable.

Date of Stay:

First night was free for signing up for casino card and first stay. Second night was $35. Very clean park. Excellent parking pads with large patio area, garbage bin at site, nice picnic table. Showers and restrooms clean and good water pressure. Clean laundry with great working machines. Friendly staff and quick check in. Shuttle to and from casino every 15-20 minutes. Casino is the largest one in the world with over 700 machines.
