Date of Stay:

Level sites, grass pads between sites and nice picnic tables at each site. The staff was friendly and efficient. Very clean and neat park. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent a week here. On the day before we had to leave one of the men working here that drives the golf cart around came up to my husband and asked, "What did you do with the back flow valve on your water?" My husband asked, "What?". The guy led him to our water connection and said the back flow valve here. My husband said there had never been one on it. The guy with this accusing man said, there isn't one on this one either, referring to the one next to ours. My husband was never near the water valve area at all the day the man referred to. The park is run down. The restrooms are clean, but need updating bad. The office personnel were friendly. The tengonet cable is $2.00 a day with coupon codes from the office. We were parked right next to the tower, and our service was slow and off and on. The local TV channels are almost all Spanish except ABC, NBC and CBS and FOX. The jacuzzi was warm and the pool cold. The laundry is $1.25 a load for washer and dryers and do a good job. Most sites had no picnic table, but we had one that should have been made into firewood as it was in bad shape. We will never stay at this park again, primarly because of the employee that accused us of removing a back flow valve from the water.

The RV spot was between two park models, and somewhat tight to get into, but once in there was plenty of space for parking on a large cement area. There is a computer lab with good internet, but the internet from the sites is minimal. There is no cable for temporary people, but we were able to get the main local channels. The shower areas are outside the gate from the pool area and are not open early in the morning and were too far from the area we were assigned to use them. The price quoted was $21./day but it came to $25.65 a day which I assume was taxes, etc. This was $6.00 more than the other Cal Am park we stayed at which was much nicer than this one.

Very nice park with park models and RV parking. The staff was very friendly. It is extremely hard to park a large 5th wheel or large RV in between park models because of narrow streets and fruit trees at the spots. Paved streets, gravel parking area, large patio/parking area all well maintained. Beautiful pool area. Men's shower didn't get hot. Ladies did. Large computer room. WiFi from some sites. No cable tv. Excellent nightly music/dancing and deli at pool. Have stayed here twice for a week each time with Passport America and will stay here again.

Date of Stay:

We stayed for three nights. We weren't able to get the 1 night Passport America because they don't give it in December. The showers and restrooms are clean but have a bad odor. The jacuzzi was hot but the pool wasn't heated. The staff was friendly. Our spot was level.

Date of Stay:

Gravel sites. Blacktop roads through park. Two restrooms and showers for either sex, clean and outdated. Staff friendly and quick check in. Not much space between RV's. Water, Sewer, 50/30. Pull through site.

Date of Stay:

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and shower area. Easy access off I-10. Only complaint is trains run past, sometimes about 6 times/night and are very loud. About 3/4 block to beach. Sites back up to each other, but plenty big. Great WiFi and cable.

First night was free for signing up for casino card and first stay. Second night was $35. Very clean park. Excellent parking pads with large patio area, garbage bin at site, nice picnic table. Showers and restrooms clean and good water pressure. Clean laundry with great working machines. Friendly staff and quick check in. Shuttle to and from casino every 15-20 minutes. Casino is the largest one in the world with over 700 machines.

We stayed two nights. Site was level. Roads are gravel with lots of potholes. Manager checked us in and was very friendly and accommodating. We were led to our site. There is plenty of room between next sites. Very noisy park. There is a trucking center and service station just across the road and trucks come and go constantly. To get out of the park you have to wait for a long time as trucks are coming from both directions constantly. Easy access to I-40 once you get out of the park. About 1.5 miles from a Walmart. Didn't see any local grocery stores in the area. We were here two nights and that was plenty. Would be good for a one night stop. Very little airplane noise. Distant train noise.

Date of Stay:

Friendly staff. Private shower/restrooms, clean grounds. Cement/paved large pads with great connections. 30/50 AMP. Near Interstate 40, but no noise from it. Quiet and restful park. Would definately stay here again.

Paved roads, gravel sites, clean facilities, friendly staff.

Clean and friendly park. Continental breakfast. Cement sites. Not quite level. Showers and bathroom are spotless. Staff is friendly. RV spaces are large. Excellent WI FI and Cable. We would definately stay here again.

The staff was friendly upon check-in. The showers and toilet area was clean and nice. The sites are gravel and not level. The grounds are not well kept. There are a few permanent sites, but no problem. The Wi-Fi and cable were excellent. We would stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Sites are large and gravel with cement patio. All connections are at the rear of the spot. Cable was good. Wi-Fi was good. Buildings on the ends of the park with shower and toilet are old, but were clean. The ladies' showers in the clubhouse have NO privacy once you step out of the shower area to dress. The handicapped shower in the ladies room doesn't even have a plastic curtain. This could be fixed so simple with curved curtains and a small stool at each shower, but it has been that way at least for 12 years. The pool was not technically open this time of year, but since the weather was in the 90s the time we were there we used that and the jacuzzi anyway. The grounds are well kept, and the people that check us in are friendly.

The rate reflects the 10% Good Sam. The female employee at the desk was very friendly and efficient and treated us as valued customers. The park is clean and neat. The showers and restrooms are top notch!!! Clean. They even have towel type shower mats. The sites are very long and wide and level. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic Park.
