Price reflects the weekly rate. This is a nice park. We have stayed here several times while having repairs in Nappannee. Large sites, flat, in an open field. Good Verizon, good satellite, and able to get local South Bend TV stations. Dirt and concrete roads. Concrete pads. Busy on holidays, but not busy the rest of the time. Office folks are helpful and nice. Lake swimming, no pool. Good place for kids.

A typical Thousand Trails. There are no signs on I-5 or at the turn for the park. Turn towards the casino, then go down the dead end road at the end of the parking lot. The park is at the end of the road. Able to obtain satellite in B-section, near the ball field. Good cell service and convenient to Mt. Vernon. Watch for potholes on the roads in the park.

As noted in other reviews, the electric is poor, many of the sites do not have sewer. There is no cable TV at the sites, you have to go to the Adult Lounge to watch the cable TV. They charge for internet service. Roads and sites are narrow. We were charged a $15 fee to dump, even though we did not need to dump (received a lecture on the fact that everyone should dump before they travel). We are full timers and only dump when necessary. Site fee is $13 for RPI, which included the activity fee. No activities while we were there. Laundry was inexpensive at $1.50 to wash and $1.00 to dry, but only 2 washers and 2 dryers. The drive into the park is long and narrow from I-5 (16 miles), coming from the north. A better route is Hwy.18 from the south. We will not return to this park.

Check in was simple with nice staff. We had a large pull-through site. Internet was $3.50 per day and slow. Good 50 amp power; good water flow. Nice location close to town, but noisy due to the main road right above the park. Our rate reflects our RPI membership. Friends used Passport America. It would be expensive without those discounts. We would stay here again.

This is a very nice state park, with large sites. No Verizon internet service, although we have cell with roaming! Sites are flat with gravel. Concrete pad under the covered picnic table. There is a lake for swimming. No other activates. The staff were nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Passport America/Escapees discount park. Friendly owner who was very helpful. FHU sites, 50 amp. Long sites, but placed close together, which is the only reason that I gave it a nine. This is a small park with a nice book exchange and fishing pond. It is close to town. Good Verizon service. We would stay there again when passing through the area.

This is a very nice state park. We stayed in a site with water and electric. The sites are large, with gravel and a concrete pad under the picnic table. There is a nice clean fire ring. Staff are friendly and greeted us on arrival. The park is clean. The staff rakes each site after it is vacated, giving the site a welcoming feel when you arrive. There is a dump station. Good Verizon service. Walmart located in Truth or Consequences a few miles away. We will stay there again.

Passport America park. We stayed there while visiting relatives. It is far out of town, but a nice park. All sites face north and are relatively flat on gravel. There was a concrete pad with a table. Friendly, helpful staff. Electric is extra and since we did laundry and it was hot, we ran the air. This increased the price by $9 total for the stay. We would not stay there again only because it was farther from our relatives than anticipated. We gave it a nine, due to the extra for the electric.

This is a very nice park with flat gravel sites. Each site has a concrete patio with a nice round table and chairs. Our site was facing north, so we had shade in the afternoon. The park has all the usual amenities including a cafe open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It has two pools with hot tubs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Since it is in Tucson, there was good internet and Verizon service.

I gave this park a 10, because I cannot give it a 15! This is by far, the nicest place that we have ever stayed. The staff and volunteers were all very nice. We were with a rally, but could have easily stayed longer. The amenities were pristine. They have everything that you could imagine at this park. We will be staying there again and may possibly purchase one of the sites.

This is one of the nicest TT parks where we have stayed. I gave it a 9, only because we could not get our 40 ft motor home into the 50 amp sites due to the palm trees. We tried two sites, then gave up and went to a 30 amp pull through, which was a nice site. We enjoyed our stay and will return to this park in the future. The Rangers were very nice and extremely helpful.

Date of Stay:

We stayed with a rally, so we were in the 30 amp, no water or sewer hook-ups. There were some FHU sites, which we would use if not with a rally. Good place to stay as it is right in town. The FHU sits are between trees and have shade. Would be great for a short stay.

Grass sited, good roads. Have to pay extra if you arrive early. Friendly staff. Very busy during football season. Has WiFi available which was good. Good satellite coverage. Good Verizon phone and MiFi. We would stay here again.

This was a very nice, new park. We had good 50 amp service, water, and sewer. Price reflects the PPA price in cash. We called ahead as instructed and the nice lady gave us directions to the park because I-85 was under construction. When the new exit if finished this park is going to be very easy to enter, although we had no problem finding and driving to the park with the temporary instructions. We could hear traffic from I-85, when outside, but not inside. Staff were very nice and helpful. Had some issues with leveling the rig, but we could have requested a different site. We were in a pull-through and had plenty of room to keep the car hitched up. We will stay there again.

This is a hidden gem! Price included the Reserve America reservation fee and taxes. We were in a lake front site which was beautiful. The sites and roads are paved. We had water and 50 amp, although some sites are 30 amp. There are dump stations. Due to the trees we were unable to access satellite, but with the views who cared! Good Verizon Wi-Fi and phone service. The lake is crystal clear! Gave this park an 8 due to no TV or sewer, but we will stay here happily again.
