Date of Stay:

After a long day's drive, we arrived after the office had closed. The Camp Host came out as soon as we pulled through the gate, with a warm friendly greeting and a big smile. He gave us our registration package, answered all our questions and made sure we got to our site and hooked up. The park and facilities are clean and safe. Families with kids and pets are welcome but they must be supervised. Overall, a great place - our compliments to all the staff but especially to the host for his help when we arrived and his friendly waves as he made his nightly rounds.

Date of Stay:

My first visit to Golden Village Palms started on December 24. As I turned into the driveway and pulled through the front gate, I got a really good feeling about the resort. Starting with the cheerful greeting I received at the registration desk, and in the five weeks since then, the positive first impression has been validated over and over again. I have now extended my stay through to March 31st. Every interaction I've had with staff has been positive, polite and friendly. Everyone, from the very visible and interactive senior manager to the front desk team, Activities Director, poolside hamburger flipper, and the maintenance crew, seems to have an endless supply of smiles, happy exchanges and willingness to do something "extra." All of this makes me feel welcome, safe and secure. I am not alone in my experience. In chatting with neighbours, I hear comments like these: "In 20 years of RVing, Golden Village Palms is the best resort we've found." "Golden Village Palms has a wonderful sense of community we've never found in other RV parks." "This place is clean, friendly and safe. Now that I've found it, I won't go anywhere else."
