We were escorted to our site after check in. The site is a pull thru and tighter then I am use to but just fine. The roads are narrow and gravel but wide enough for your RV and hard packed. The power and water pressure are good. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We used PPA. The office staff was friendly and offered site for us to use. There was road noise but we were not bothered as we used our AC. The owners dog left a present on the grass for us at departure and the lawn man was cutting in circles around us, I guess we did not leave early enough for him. The electric and water were good. It was peaceful and pleasant. I do believe I would avoid weekends when locals use the beach area. There are many seasonal campers here. We did not use the pool or see any activities.

I called the night before and was told to leave my name and they would hold me a 50 amp pull thru site. When I got to the office I was told there were no more but I could pay 5.00 extra to use two sites. The daughter told the Mother that I had called and they had to honor it. The park has a scary feeling. Kids playing basketball in the road in front of us at the "perm" site and running after the ball into our site. It is quiet and the site is level. The price was "cheap" but sometimes cheap is not so good. Pay the extra and go elsewhere.

We pulled in and tried to get a level site..... Not happening. There are also massive and numerous potholes in the "driveway". Avoid this place.

The park is just off I-10; if road noise bothers you stay away. There is a sign telling you what to pay. It is on the honor system. The sites are okay, some pull thrus with 50 amp. We found good power and water. There is also free laundry.

Office folks very friendly. Good explanation of park. They told us it had rained inches before we got here and there was signs of that at my sight. The site needs concrete instead of gravel, the area behind the RV where car parks was solid mud. The peddles we full of water. WiFi is 1.00 per computer. Power, water, and sewer are good. Good for stopping overnight. Cash or checks only.

I stayed here under the monthly rate of 400.00 per month. There is nothing fancy about this park. We had a concrete pad and full hookup with 50 amp. Stayed on the "hill" back towards the pool. The park offers Church services and the congregation is very welcoming. Check in is very informal. The park allows you to get mail. Staff at the "check in" goes over and above with being helpful. The restaurant is no longer open. The pool will be opening 5-17 and will not be open for the community this year. The roads are gravel and most sites have so many trees you can not get a sat. signal on a roof top dish. Very close to the reservoir so lots of seasonal folks. Not for overnight in my opinion but for long term call and see if they have anything open. They are family friendly but I did not see any activities.

This park is just in the process of getting ready to open and the owner, generously let us stay here. It will have 2 large bathrooms, a laundry room, 29 channel Comcast cable. Free wifi that works. A fishing lake. Nice management. Level gravel sites. There is a train across the street but did not bother us. There is grass and trees have just been planted. I would return again.

I called for their PPA rates and asked to make a reservation. They said to just come in. I did and was told they not longer had 50 amp PPA but I could now pay full price. I then asked for their Good Sam rate and paid 10 dollars more then I expected. WiFi is too week to work on cell phones or tablets, but lap top okay. The large rig sites are pretty level and covered with large stone style gravel, kind of like you are going thru a truck escape lane. Water pressure is high and they warn you of it at arrival.

The rate I had was $500 for a month. This is a good park for people working in the area who do not need to entertained. The long term RV area is a real mix of people. I used the mail box but no other sections of the park. This park is not fancy and there is road noise.

Nice level site, good power and 100 psi water pressure. Pull thru in a field. Follow the directions below for the pull thrus. The park has a for sale sign on it now. Make sure and call the location as there is no management on site. They are now only accepting cash and can mail you a receipt for your payment. We did not hear the road noise as we did not open our windows. It gave us everything we needed for over night.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The site was a pull thru and had some tree ruts, so be careful when walking. The park is clean and kept up. The power and water was good. I would return here again. The rate is the off season rate with Good Sams discount. There is road (like a highway) at the back of the park but inside our coach we did not hear it. Wi-Fi was good to use.

Called ahead and was met by a very nice man. He showed us to a site and helped get the power connected. The site is NOT level and lots of gravel. Overall, it is pleasant and convenient. Oddly most of the folks staying tonight were bunched together. Host was very nice.

Easy off of I-75. Gravel sites, ours was not level. WiFi was ok and power good. We used Good Sams to pay this rate, cash or check only. Lots of seasonal or perms. Overall great for overnight stay.

We called for reservations and asked about a pull through for a 40 ft rig and 22 ft trailer. Host said he had just made one and we would be the first to use it. We fit but getting in from the driveway requiring backing up in the road. Well, he was a great host and even invited us to Bible study in the AM. The laundry is clean and has the largest washers I have even seen in a campground. Great cable TV but no channel guide. Several mobile homes and some perms but not trashy at all. I would come back. The site only had 50 amp.
