This is a very nice campground. The older section has trees for shade. The upper section used to be overflow but now has been upgraded with hook-ups. Not all sites have fire rings but they are working on it. The Forest Service have several interesting guided tours as do some of the volunteers. Cottonwoods Old Town is trying to rebuild and making it a spot for tourists. It's worth while visiting. We
camped at Dead Horse Ranch State Park in a Fifth Wheel.
