This pretty county park is a favorite stop of ours. It is easy access from the interstate but is far enough that there is no traffic noise. There is lots of grass and beautiful shade trees. There are 25 spots with a couple of larger pull thrus. The bathroom situation is the biggest negative to the campground. The toilets as of this date are out of service. The shower is disgusting and we will not use them. There are supposed to be camp hosts on duty, but we have not seen anyone. The sites are spacious and spaced for privacy. There are a multitude of birds. With a little work on the bathrooms, this would be a real gem.

We stayed for free at this resort after listening to a brief sales pitch for Coast to Coast Properties. This particular resort is a basic, crowded parking lot. We would probably not stay here next time. Normal site rate is $50/night. We do not fish or boat, so were not interested in the water activities available.

This park is three years old and is just beautiful. The owner is very friendly and maintains the park in pristine condition. The facilities are all perfect. There is a pool, hot tub, exercise room, and fire pit. The showers are wonderful. The park is surrounded by farm land, is secure and quiet. It is only an hour's drive to the Monterey area. 30 minutes to Wal Mart in Salinas. We will definitely stay here again as there is nothing comparable in Central California.

We always stay at this lovely park when traveling through the area. It is always maintained perfectly, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the facilities are pristine. I wait to do laundry until we are here because it is so nice. Orange trees separate each site for privacy.

We stay at this park every time we travel east or west across Texas. The managers are extremely friendly and efficient. The sites are dirt but roomy. The bathrooms are clean. Highway noise is at a minimum even though the park is close by. Easy access from the highway. There is an on site cafe that offers excellent dinners and breakfast. This is a perfect overnight stop, but would not classify it as a destination park.

This is one of our favorites park and we stay here whenever we pass through the area. It is a resort with beautiful, spacious sites. The park is excellently maintained, office staff are efficient and professional. We also use several local repair people, ie, oil change, while staying at the park because they come right to your site to do the work. The park is very easy to access from the freeway and the town of Kerrville is nearby for shopping, etc.

We stay at this park several times during the year whenever we visit the Seguin/New Braunfels area. It is right on the banks of the Guadalupe River. There are nice trees and grass, with ducks and squirrels, and fishing. It is one of our favorite parks. Management is super nice. The bathrooms and laundry are older but they are clean and adequate. There are a lot of permanent residents, but the park is quiet and safe, and well maintained.

This is it! This is the perfect RV resort. The staff is friendly and efficient. The park is nicely maintained and everything is spotlessly clean. We especially love the adults only pool and hot tub. The showers are excellent. This is our favorite park. We stop here every winter because we can have maintenance work, including an oil change on our rig done at our site in the park. This saves us money and the hassle of having to take the rig into a shop. The service is always excellent. This park sets the standard for all other parks that call themselves a "resort".

This is a very nice park with spacious sites. There are some trees. It is maintained in an excellent manner. The owners show pride of ownership. We stay here twice each year when coming and going to southern Texas. Excellent cable and WiFi. Safe and secure with easy access to the interstate.

This is a pretty, nice sized park with lots of shade trees. There is no cable but no parks in the area offer it. The sites are nice with a concrete pad, although the turns are a little tight if towing. The owner is super nice. We would definitely stop again when traveling through the area. The only negative to some might be the noise level of the birds who roost in the trees at night, although they do quiet down when it gets dark. We did not mind them and in fact, our cats were fascinated.

We were disappointed by this park. The last time we were in the area, we stayed west of town. This time, we wanted to be close to shopping and restaurants. To be fair, it is the end of summer. There is a water park right next door. The Big Texan is practically next door. There is an indoor pool here. So, in the summer, this would be an excellent destination for families. With that said, the park is tired looking. We stayed for five days and were put in a transient spot where the rigs on both sides of us came and went every day. And the sites were extremely close. Showers are nice. Cable is excellent. We have our own MiFi. Next time, we would stay west of town again.

So, ok, this is your basic trailer park with lots of full time workers and some RV spots. Nothing special. Out in the country so quiet except for an occasional train. Nice cable. Owner is super nice. Ok for an overnight stay since nothing else in the area is nicer. We would stay here again on our way to Amarillo.

This park is located where Interstate 70 and Highway 83 meet. It has easy access in and out. It is not exactly an RV resort, but it is adequate for an overnight stay. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The site is plenty big although the rig next door is close. There is excellent cable and the restrooms are super. There is an on site restaurant that is a must do. The food is excellent and the owner is the cook. We will definitely return. There isn't a lot out in this part of the country so finding this oasis in very nice.

This is a pretty park, out in the country, and away from the noise of the city. There is lots of grass and trees. Everything is neat and well maintained. The sites are spacious and you do not look into your neighbor's rig. Scotts Bluff Nat'l Monument is nearby. Excellent cable. We would definitely stop here again.

We were a bit disappointed after reading previous reviews. This is basically a dirt parking lot. There is astro turf at each site which is new. The trees have been planted and will be better as the park ages. Cable tv is minimal but ok. We used our own Mifi which worked well, as did our cell phones. The park is supposed to be on the Platte River, but we did not see it. The trains are very close. The only sites available were very short, but we made it work. I guess most sites are filled with permanents. The good: we are on the other side of Casper and will avoid any traffic in the morning. We might check out other parks in the future although they received terrible ratings. This one is ok for a one nighter.
