Brook N Wood Family Campground, Elizaville, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

Rate reflects monthly rate. The last time we were here was 5 yrs ago. Improvements were made since then, more gravel on sites and better maintained . Still a family campground with lots to do for kids on weekends. Utilities were good, Wi-Fi on the weak side better during the afternoon. Friendly owners and campers. Would come back again. We camped at Brook N Wood Family Campground in a Motorhome.

The Villages RV Park at Turning Stone, Verona, New York

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here a few times and each time we see a downward trend. The staff is not overly friendly. The CG is a maze of roads and somewhat difficult to find the right road to get to your site. They use to escort which made it easy. Plenty of low hanging branches in some areas. Our site was a mess from the previous camper. TP paper and trimmings from where they missed the sewer connection from the hose rinse out. The sites should at least be checked before the next camper comes in. Would not return again. We camped at The Villages RV Park at Turning Stone in a Motorhome.

Clean your water connection with a Clorox wipe before you hookup, you never know what the last camper done with the water connection before you!

Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA, Streetsboro, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2015 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

I would agree with most post and comments before me. Most pull-thru's are in the back and away from seasonals and not very level. They all seem to slope forward and require blocks for support of front wheels (motorhome). All utilities were good. Would come back. We camped at Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA in a Motorhome.

Wallace RV Park , Wallace, Idaho

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Came in for a overnighter but stayed a extra day. As others have said the pub brewery and their food was excellent. The CG was marginal mostly back-ins with 4 pull thru's all 30 amp sites. No cable, or OTA, Wi-Fi at the pub only. Not a destination camp but still a fun place with the pub and town. We would come back if passing thru. We camped at Wallace RV Park in a Motorhome.

Boardman Marina Park, Boardman, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Its a ok CG with good utilities and high water pressure. The access road to the sites is very narrow and will make some sites difficult to get into. They have some pull-thru's but they are short. No town to speak of, bring your supplies in. Nice view of the Columbia river. We camped at Boardman Marina Park in a Motorhome.

Deschutes County Fair & Expo RV Park, Redmond, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice CG. Long pull thru on cement pads, broadband Wi fi. Very close to good shopping and a good value as far as campgrounds go. The only negative is you bake in the sun-no shade. Utilities were good. High water pressure. Would come back if in the area. We camped at Deschutes County Fair & Expo RV Park in a Motorhome.

Crater Lake RV Park (AKA Prospect RV Park), Prospect, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

It's a good park to see the crater lake NP. No cable, Wi-Fi and no cell and a little untidy pads but level. Walking up to the office to make phone calls and internet is inconvenient. Friendly owners, good hand outs for info in the area. Others rate it higher but for us its a 6. We camped at Crater Lake RV Park (AKA Prospect RV Park) in a Motorhome.

The Redwoods RV Resort, Crescent City, California

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

As others have said good park in the forest. Nice mangers who run it. Sites are dirt and dusty. good location for visiting the Redwoods NP and the other state parks. Utilities were ok but you need to go slow with dumping your tanks it easily overflow the drains! Cable has 11 stations and fussy almost un-watchable. Tango Wi-Fi. Probably would not come back here but would look to a different CG to stay in the area. We camped at The Redwoods RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Good park for visiting Lewis & Clark expos. Nice folks that run it. They will give plenty of info of things to do in the area. Good restaurant's, good beer brewery's and a very interesting boardwalk along the Columbia River. All utilities were good but not WiFi in the back of the park. Would come back again.
