Jekyll Island Campground, Jekyll Island, Georgia

Date of Stay: March, 2009 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Jekyll Island Campground has natural campsite settings and gorgeous trees throughout. The staff are available, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The showers are well lit and spacious, as well the laundry facilities are plentiful and clean. There are activities arranged if you wish to participate. We love the availability of bike paths and glorious beaches! This campground suits us to a "T". It's called "Georgias Jewell" for a reason. We camped at Jekyll Island Campground in a Truck Camper.

Ginnie Springs Outdoors, High Springs, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2009 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Ginnie Springs is way overpriced. This campground has dirty dusty roads with drivers not adhering to the speed limit. There was loud, drunken parties and all night music, obviously not very well patrolled if at all. Swimming is virtually non existent. I would not recommend this campground to anyone at any time. We camped at Ginnie Springs Outdoors in a Truck Camper.
