Bayside RV Park (Closed), Palacios, Texas

Date of Stay: February, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

We were so glad that Bayside opened again. There are still a few things to be fixed, but overall the place is looking great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Views were spectacular and we camped right on the water. The owners made us feel like we were family. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. We camped at Bayside RV Park (Closed) in a Motorhome.

Serendipity Bay Resort RV Park & Marina, Palacios, Texas

Date of Stay: January, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I found that there was a great need for repairs that were not made. We had camped here 2 years ago and the same potholes are still there. The dust from the road was terrible and we had to keep the windows closed. The wi fi was terrible and when I complained I was told to go to the clubhouse to get it there. The staff was not very helpfull either. We camped at Serendipity Bay Resort RV Park & Marina in a Motorhome.

Adventure Bound Camping Resort at Deer Run, Schaghticoke, New York

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The staff here were very rude and unfriendly. We have camped here in the past with our motor home group and were happy with the service before Adventure Bound took it over. We had made reservations for our group for this May at the time of our visit last year. When we called to verify our reservation we were told that they had no record of it. After telling them of our conversation last year they claimed they did not remember any such conversation. They did not try to help us at all. They had no room for us for this week end and did not even offer us a different week end with the same rates. Our club is now looking for a new campground. They need to give their staff lessons in how to work with the public. We camped at Adventure Bound Camping Resort at Deer Run in a Motorhome.
