Beautiful park! Nice long level site on concrete pad under a canopy of very tall trees. Great utilities. Made reservations a few days ago. Our site was roped off with instructions taped to front door of office which is closed on Sunday.

Date of Stay:

The lady I made the reservation with was super helpful and nice! They have only 3 pull-thrus so she voluntarily put us in a space where no one was behind us so we didn't have to unhook! This is an older park with lots of long term and permanent residents. They were quiet and helpful. Our utilities were good, except our sewer connection had been run over and was in bad shape. One piece of advice - this park is right off the turnpike. Our gps took us past the park (we didn't see the small brown sign) and wound us through a neighborhood. We stopped to call them for directions. When we found it we realized you can't turn left into the park, which explains the detour.

This is a mobile home park with rv sites sprinkled in between the permanent homes. However, the mobile homes are well maintained with beautiful yards. The spaces are all back-ins with a lot of room. Each site has a concrete patio and picnic table. The park is gated with a security guard at all times. Utilities were good. However, the first site we were assigned to had no power to the pole. They moved us to another site. There is a cable cord which we asked about. The office told us all we needed to do is to hook it up. The cable did not work. This is a Passport America park that allows you to stay 6 days at this rate. This is a great place to stay to visit the Everglade, Biscayne, and the Keys.

Beautiful KOA with a very nice staff. Our yard was perfect. We reported some fire ants and the staff took care of it immediately! Very long pull-thru. We were able to hitch up in the space. Great place to stay for Disney if you don't want to stay on property. They offer a 20% discount for military, police, or fire. That's better than th3e 10% for the KOA card. My only complaint is that it was not gated and people sometimes walked through the park who didn't belong there.

This is an old KOA behind a motel. Very barebones and not very well kept. Good enough for overnight if you have Passport America. A previous poster stated they could smell weed outside. SO could we! Long level site with good utilities.

This park is off the highway a bit but easy drive. Very long pull-thrus. Some are concrete but ours was grass. Could be a problem if it was raining. The inner roads need some work, just go slow. The hookups were good. They guide you to your site. Rate is Passport America plus $2 for a 13 year old. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a big parking lot with all pull-thrus (plenty long) and full hook-ups. Our only complaint is the sites not level. Some are better than others, but both times were pretty unlevel. There is a big parking lot where you can hookup the car/truck.

We stay here once a year. We don't use the restrooms or laundry so we can't comment on those. There are several new parks that have been built, but none are on the beach like Dellanera. Concrete pullthrus, good utilities, free wifi. No cable but satellite dish or antennae work well. The rate is for a weekly winter rate of $225. Beaches were really clean during our stay.

Very clean and well maintained. Long concrete pullthrus. Good utilities. They offer cable tv that is a little different. They give you a cable box and remote to hook up. Not difficult at all, just different. There is some highway noise since it's on the highway. Easy on and off. We would stay here again.

Beautiful rv park! Long level sites. Good utilities. Decorated with flowers, pumpkins, hay! It just looks fun! You can borrow a fire pit and buy wood for$4. This park stays pretty full. Very hands-on owners who live onsite. They will guide you to your site and help you park. Trash cans located all over the park and close by.

We stayed here for 3 nights while having our leveling jacks serviced and visiting Herbert Hoover Presidential Museum. The office was not manned during our stay due to the fall season. When I called for reservations a recording instructed me to find a sire and leave money in the mailbox. There were envelopes with maps and rules in the mailbox. Very easy!! Super quiet park with plenty of room at our site. Nicely mowed with gravel roads and level sites. Good utilities.

Went 18 miles out if our way because of previous reviews. So glad we did! This park is immaculate. Nice level sites, perfectly placed utilities, view of small lake. You pay for what you use, cash or check in an envelope placed in the pay slot. If you want to pay by credit card you have to go to the lumberyard. Would come here again.

Nice owners. Small park, concrete pads. We are 36' towing a full size pickup for a total of 52'. Their sites are 56' and we fit only because the owner said not to worry about getting on the grass. He was right there with us when we parked. It was the only site left. They were very accommodating! Park is well maintained.

These are really long sites. However the first site we were in (22) was great for a fifth wheel or travel trailer. All the utilities were in the very back. We asked to be moved and the manager was very gracious about it. She told me to pick a site that would work and let her know where we moved. Good utilities. The sites had a small patio with a metal table and chairs.

Great utilities. Super long level sites. It is next to a river. Really cute dog park with several fire hydrants. The lady at the desk is really good to find you a discount.
