Absolutely beautiful! Nice long level gravel sites. Great utilities. Immaculate grounds. Thirty acres of trails and fields. Love love love! Would have given a ten if there was cable TV because there is nothing on antennae either. You have to have satellite. The owners are very helpful and friendly.

Easy on and off from highway. Super nice staff. Long wide and level sites. Beautiful grounds. Good utilities. Nice pools and volleyball net. Looks like a lot for kids to do.

This is our second time here. Spaces are wide and long. Park is surrounded by walking trail. Very neat and well maintained. Good utilities. Didn't use their wifi. We were on outer ring which faces the trail. You feel like no one is around! Very peaceful.

This is a very large park with a lot of full time people. It is clean and well organized. Spaces are fairly close but easy to maneuver. Utilities in back so bring long hoses! Water pressure is very low. Airport is next door so you will hear planes although it didn't really bother us. Doesn't have a great place to hook up the toad without being in someone's way.

Long level gravel sites. Plenty of space to park our toad. Good utilities. Nice grassy area for pets. On the highway but we couldn't hear it. Nice staff.

Long gravel sites. Good utilities. Very nice and helpful staff. He helped us park and leave. The managers worked on the grounds everyday. The roads are a little tight so go slow. The entrance signs are not easily visible.

Long level concrete sites. Great utilities. Very nice staff. A little difficult to find entrance. They don't give any discounts. Would stay here again.

Very well kept. Sites are long and level. The inner roads are paved and a little narrow. Great utilities. Free daily newspaper. Gas and diesel are right next door with easy access for bigger rigs. Super staff.

Beautiful surroundings! Long level sites. Great utilities. Great store with reasonable prices. Very helpful staff. Each site is raked when someone leaves. Immaculate grounds. Only 10 miles to Capitol Reef.

Price reflects Good Sam discount plus getting the 7th night free. Great place to stay while visiting Bryce, Zion, Grand Staircase Escalante, Vermilion a Cliffs, and north entrance to a Grand Canyon. Very nice owners. Good utilities. Easy in and out. Level site (12).

Excellent staff! So polite and helpful. This is an adult park. It's very well maintained. Has a pool and free wifi but we didn't use either. Was in site 351. It was a pull-thru. They are extremely organized. There is a place to hook and unhook your toad. There are two dog runs, one leashed and the other unleashed. There are a lot of permanent residents. Good utilities and fairly level. Asphalt sites with picnic tables. They were offering a special of $29 a night. Would definitely stay here again.

Not level due to the park being on a hill, but nothing that was difficult to get level. Good utilities, well placed. Extra wide pull-thrus. Laundry room was clean. The rules stated that only rvs no more than 10 years old were allowed but there were several permanent rvs older than that. No one asked us the age of ours. Staff was very helpful and polite. We would stay here again.

Very neat and clean. Level long pull-thrus. Utilities were good. We are in a brand new section. All the sites are buddy sites. We used the laundry. There were 6 washers and dryers. It was also very clean. They did charge $2.50 for having a 6 lb Yorkie.

This is a small RV park with no frills, but they have wifi and cable included in the price. The lady in the office means business! She is adorable! We loved our site on the end. It had a nice view. We would stay here again. Great value! There is a much larger park down the road for almost twice the money, but we don't use the restrooms and pool.
