Nothing glamorous here but a good place to pull into for a night. If you are coming in after hours, they have a selection of sites for you to choose from which includes the length of the site. The after hours sites are very well lite so it makes hook up very easy. If you have slide outs on 2 sides, you might find the width problematic but with slide outs on one side, there is plenty of room.

Beautiful campground overlooking ore-be-gone lake with some sites on the lake. Sites are laid out very well so your view is something other than your neighbor and are very spacious. There is also a nice children's playground by the lake. One word of caution, there is no sign at the entrance of the campground so if you come to the brown sign for the off road vehicle trail, slam on your brakes! You just passed it. If you continue, you will go down a hill that dead ends into the lake, but no fear, if worse comes to worse, you can turn around in the parking lot. Also be aware the directions on the Internet have you turning right on Wisconsin however if you are coming from the north, you are entering town at the opposite end and will make a left on Wisconsin. When I called ahead to get directions, they didn't even get it right!

The campsites were laid out well, spacious and level. There were large trees throughout the campsite, but they were not a problem. Most of the campground was used for seasonal campers. Restaurant on site only served Pizza!

Campground was clean and the sites were fair size but they were all lined up like a parking lot. It was not picturesque but convenient to Duluth. My main complaint was that even though they were half full, she filled up every row instead of spreading people out. Do owners really think people enjoy looking out their windows only to see the RV next door? Well I guess that might depend on who is in the RV next door!!

This is a beautiful campground in a lovely wooded area. The sites are large and well spaced. We camped here all summer because we were in the area on business. It is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It does not get much use and on most nights there were only a few campers in the campground. It is located on a large lake with a fishing pier and marina. There is also a nice playground and putt-putt golf. It is in a remote area and is very peaceful.

Very nice campground. Lots of large trees but were not in the way of pulling in or out of the site. Sites are fairly level on hard- packed sand. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We pulled in after dark and they even followed me around with a flashlight to help me set up. Now that's service!
