This is a great base camp to tour St. Louis area. Close to I 255. Paved interior roads with easy in and out from SR 3. Level gravel sites, good power and water. Great value very close to St. Louis.

Great park for an overnight or extended stay. Great base for exploring Richmond area. Many long level pull-thru sites. Most sites have good separation for each other. Easy access from I-95. Utilities, including Wifi, worked well.

This is a seasonal park with just a few transient spaces. We needed a spot big enough for a 40 ft. motorhome and tent. The pull-through electric/water site took a lot of maneuvering to get in and even more to get out. The pull-through sites closer to the office are much easier in and out, but not big enough for a motorhome and tent. The power was strong and stable. Water pressure was good. Showers cost $1.00 for 5 minutes. I waited at least a minute for the water to warm up enough to use. The park staff and seasonal residents were friendly. There is a half page waiver to sign at registration which I didn't read and I was presented with 4 pages of rules. Our rate was for the site occupied by 4 adults. Follow driving directions posted on the web site. The roads from I-84 to the park are hilly and twisty and get pretty narrow near the park.

Located right off I-90 at exit 11 this is a great base to explore Seattle. The roads and sites are all hard paved. The roads are a little narrow, but we had no trouble getting in with a 40' RV and toad. We witnessed the manager assisting a 43' into a site. The utilities worked well including cable. We will stay again when in the area.

Great urban park near Philadelphia. Wide roads, easy to maneuver big rigs. Restroom / showers in process of paint and upgrade. Site hookups convenient; voltage good & stable. We will stay here again when visiting the area.

This park is located in town directly next to Smokey Bear Historical Park and is close to Lincoln, Fort Stanton and Ruidoso. We're traveling in a 40' motorhome with car in tow. The entrance is a tight right turn from the east but we used part of the westbound lane and got in easily. The entire lot is gravel, so there's plenty of room to maneuver into sites. Most sites are full hookup with 50 amp. Water and electric worked well. I noticed a voltage drop under heavy load, but never less than 116 volts. There is one bath house for all. It was clean and the water was warm with good pressure. Verizon aircard worked well. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We definitely like this park.

This is a pleasant small park surrounded by farm land. There are 3 or 4 full hookup 30/50 amp sites for transients; 2 are pull through. Water is good. Electric dropped 5 volts under heavy load on a hot day. Showers are clean and work well. We were east bound on US 380 in a 40' coach with car in tow. We had to use part of the west bound lane to make the turn. There was little traffic so it was not a big event to do so. The sites are a narrow, but not the worst we've encountered over the years and the people are very friendly. We were assigned a back in site. There was plenty of room to maneuver into the site. We did call 5 days in advance to reserve a spot and recommend doing that. Price reflects Escapee discount and includes tax.

This is a nice older park. There are some park models here; most are kept up. Sites are fairly large on grass with concrete pads. Sites are 50 Amp or 30 Amp, you select which you need. This park is close to Orlando with easy drive to Disney. This is a great place to use as base for area attractions. Lots of road construction on SR50 (W. Colonial Drive), but it's easy to enter and exit park.

We loved this park! We stayed for the month of December. The sites are good sized with lots of shade. Most sites are grass/gravel and all had a concrete pad. The park grounds crew is always busy and the park looks like it. It's very well maintained. The park roads are paved with blacktop and rain water drains very well. The bath houses are meticulously clean and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure for showers. The pool is large and heated. We used it whenever the sun would shine and it warmed up to 60 or so. There is a very nice clubhouse area with regular adult activities. There are a lot of snowbirds who participate in the activities. They formed a band and played for the New Year's Eve party: a fun time had by all. Included Wi-Fi worked well and cable TV, also included, had a good channel selection. The park is close to shopping in Oldsmar, Safety Harbor and Clearwater. Our cost reflects the monthly rate. Electricity is additional. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Nice small New York State Park. Restored lighthouse on grounds; tours available. Lake view sights are rather close together, but we were able to get a 40 foot motorhome in and leveled. Some sites along lake are grass. Good location to base exploration on Niagara Area, including Niagara Falls, of New York State. Some organized events scheduled during summer.

Several 50 amp sites near front of park near building. Other sites are 30 amp. Most sites have sewer and water also. No pool or organized events. Very easy trip to Niagara Falls, NY. Friendly staff. Very quite. Great place for base to tour Western New York.
