Robin Hill Camping Resort, Lenhartsville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2011 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

We were put in a seasonal site that was open after they switched my site around 2 times. Very disappointed with the site. I had to back onto a steep hill to get my trailer into position. I was afraid my stabilizer jacks were going to rip off. I used 4 Low in my truck and carefully backed in. After 10 minutes of levelling on my horrible site, I had to ask for someone to rake the muddy site so my children wouldn't fall into the holes from the previous seasonals deck. They dropped off a rake and I raked for about an hour in 90+ heat. While fishing in the pond I was annoyed by the spanish music blasting from the pond front cabins. We had a good weekend with what we had to work with, but I won't ever camp here again. The seasonals are as clicky as high school girls! We camped at Robin Hill Camping Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Castaways RV Resort & Campground , Berlin, Maryland

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $65.00
Overall Rating:

This Campground was by far top notch. They go far lengths to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. We thought the pricing was quite high at first but once we entered the campground we understood why. We were on the interior but bath houses and the beach were within a 2 minute walk along with the pool and store. They also have a bus that runs several times a day to go to Ocean City (10 minutes away). The bath houses are very clean and offer free hot showers. They also have laundry facilities at every bath house. Staff was always friendly and more than helpful. They are also very pet friendly for those who bring their dogs. The store is well stocked and the bay is beautiful. Once I got settled in I did not want to leave. We camped at Castaways RV Resort & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Otter Lake Camp Resort, East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

We just returned from a stay at Otter Lake. The campground was maintained very well. The bathrooms and bath houses were cleaned often and hot showers are free. The roads were paved and didn't have many low hanging branches. The sites seemed very level and were gravel. The indoor pool was a good size and the hot tubs were nice to relax in. All the campground staff were very helpful and even allowed a late checkout with no fee. The lake is beautiful and its nice to rent a boat and fish. Be cautious of night time visitors, the raccoons come out around 11pm even when no food is present and we were warned of bears invading dumpsters. We camped at Otter Lake Camp Resort in a Travel Trailer.
