Diamond Point RV Resort, Sequim, Washington

Date of Stay: April, 2009 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

We went camping at Diamond Point for Spring Break and it was a nice campground but seemed to be more for retired folks than families. We seemed to be the only campers with children. Children under 16 had to be accompanied by an adult almost everywhere, which seemed extreme. Lots of wildlife including resident deer and raccoons. Peaceful and well kept. Even with the weird barely family friendly atmosphere, we will easily camp here again. Hosts were great. We camped at Diamond Point RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Ocean Breeze , Ocean City, Washington

Date of Stay: March, 2009 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

The park was advertised as opening March 1, so when we went there in the end of March we were disappointed to discover that the clubhouse, hot tub, walking loop etc were all closed. Many of the sites that were open were on soft moss and many you had to back up a hill into a narrow site. They also wanted to charge extra for more than three people. Definitely felt like the way it was advertised was not accurate. It may be great in the summer, but not in early spring. Campground hosts were very pleasant though. We camped at Ocean Breeze in a Travel Trailer.

Ocean Mist, Ocean City, Washington

Date of Stay: February, 2009 - $1.00
Overall Rating:

We did winter camping here and although mud was to be expected it wasn't bad. The campground hosts are great. There was a pancake breakfast on Saturday and folks were really welcoming. The trail to the beach was short. The sites aren't real big, but it worked fine. Camping on the beach side is better than the space by the road. Will easily camp there again. Love it! We camped at Ocean Mist in a Travel Trailer.
