AA Royal Motel & Campground, North Tonawanda, New York

Date of Stay: June, 2017 - $59.00
Overall Rating:

Back in sights are very tight and no satellite because of trees. Pull through sights have more room and clear view of sky. Wifi was good. Park is too expensive for what your get but not many options in Buffalo. We camped at AA Royal Motel & Campground in a Motorhome.

Nice park in a beautiful setting. It's just off the highway enough to not hear the road noise. Lots of room between sights. We camped at Alpen Rose RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cortez / Mesa Verde KOA, Cortez, Colorado

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

I wish all RV parks were laid out this way. Sites are not lined up in a straight line but angled so lots of room between units and lots of privacy. Location is excellent as it's minutes away from Mesa Verde National Park. Friendly and accommodating staff. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Cortez / Mesa Verde KOA in a Motorhome.

Goulding's Lodge & Campground, Oljato-Monument Valley, Utah

Date of Stay: April, 2017 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

The park is very clean and well maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. Our neighbor had 2 yappy dogs that they left out when they were gone and they drove everyone nuts. A different neighbor complained and staff was right on it. Our space was very tight but most of the big rigs had more room. We were in with smaller pull behinds and our slide-out was to the grill of the next space. I think the person at check-in was new and put us in the wrong area. From what I observed this is by far the best park in the area but a little pricey. We camped at Goulding's Lodge & Campground in a Motorhome.

Very nice park with spacious sites. The family that operates this park is very accommodating and friendly. They are working hard to improve the facilities. Best of all the wifi is outstanding. We have stayed here before and will stay again. We camped at Double Nickel Campground in a Motorhome.

Amarillo Ranch RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here before so knew the park was nice, however; we could not find it on our Garmin GPS (RV760). The staff was excellent, facilities good except for the Wi-Fi. Another RV park with poor Wi-Fi service in spite of us being close to the clubhouse. The park has free shuttle to the Big Texan restaurant and has now been purchased by them. Look for a name change to the Big Texan RV Park. Maybe they will improve the Wi-Fi. We camped at Amarillo Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mama Gertie's Hideaway Campground, Swannanoa, North Carolina

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Wonderful RV park with very friendly staff. We were on the next to the top shelf and next time would try for the top. Great view. Spaces were very nice with good amount of room between rv's and nice landscaping. Good water, sewer and electric. Stayed an extra day we enjoyed it so much. We camped at Mama Gertie's Hideaway Campground in a Motorhome.

Western Hills Campground, Rawlins, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

This is a nice campground with easy pull through spaces and adequate room between units. It's all rock with no grass but that's not unusual in Wyoming. I would give a higher rating except that their free WiFi doesn't work. I couldn't even get a signal in the office. Maybe the problem was temporary but you might ask before making a reservation. We camped at Western Hills Campground in a Motorhome.

The Virginian Lodge RV Resort, Jackson, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2013 - $63.00
Overall Rating:

We were met promptly and directed to our site which was a little tight but manageable. The park was clean and quiet, but my complaint is the WiFi system. I am sick of parks advertising free WiFi and then the service being so poor it was unusable. We camped at The Virginian Lodge RV Resort in a Motorhome.
