The $24 rate is for a one week stay. The sign at the entrance is very small and it only shows coming from the west. Since there were utility workers right at the driveway I missed the sign and had to find a place to turn around and come back. All 68 sites are full utilities and most are pull through. The space (37) is semi gravel some mud and not quite level side to side. The sites are very wide and most are very short. The back end of my fifth wheel is almost in the drive and with the truck parked closely in front of the rig it is almost in the drive in front. Wifi is available I had good reception. MiFi has fair reception. There is no TV and I didn't try over the air. The couple managing the park are helpful however you are not led to you site. There is no pool, most sites are in part shade. There are a lot of permanent RVs some are under a metal cover. Most all sites are neat and not cluttered. There are a lot of workers with truck traffic beginning around 5:30 am. The interior driveways are part gravel and mud with some ruts. They are using some kind of mud mixture for fill and it is not working. I've seen a pond in the park and people fishing. The laundry which is open 24 hours was clean and had four working washers and dryers all take $1.75. There is a small play ground, shuffleboard and basketball hoop. They have a nice size lending library and clubhouse.

$20 per day rate is based on one week stay. All 40 sites have full utilities and most are pull through. Large spaces with a gravel pad and sparse grass between the spaces. This space (21) is not level, the fifth wheel is on two rows of levelers. Free good unsecure WIFI and Verizon MIFI is on 4G with good reception. For those staying at least a week, a Direct TV box is issued with good reception. This park was purchased earlier this year by the owner of the adjacent golf course. New managers are helpful however you are not assisted to your site. I was told they are adding improvements to the park. There is no pool, no trees in the sites and no clubhouse or showers. Several RVs are in major disrepair. Some of the campsites are very cluttered and it seems to be mostly workers in the park. It was quiet since it is 2000 feet from the highway with some train noise but not too close. The lane into the park is somewhat rutted and narrow with mostly gravel surface. There are not any lights. Grocery, shopping or attractions are approximately 6-10 miles from the park. Several dogs are loose in the park, although they stay fairly close to the site where they belong.

The rate posted is for a week stay. The site I was in was a pull through with full utilities. A free cable box is issued at check-in, which I did not hook up. Free secure WIFI is available with good reception. The laundry has a coded entry with two working washers and three dryers. Verizon work well. The owner or assistant is in the office from 9 am to 5 pm Mon - Fri. They are friendly and accommodating although you are not assisted to your site. The park is well kept and seems to be very clean. Long sites not too level and very narrow, my awning on a 31' fifth wheel almost touched the next rig's slide out. There is a small concrete pad that should be where the man door is. Because of the water hook up I am too far back so I step out on grass. Water pressure seems high. The small swimming pool seems to be really clean. No picnic tables and no trees. This park is at the corner of two fairly major highways with the accompanying noise. The park entry or exit is on Colson Drive and there is a coded exit onto US Highway 190/TX State Highway 6.

The park is out in the country and very quiet. It is fairly convenient to the St Louis metro area. It is approx 3 miles off the main road from the north off of Highway 61 taking U or 6 miles from the south taking P. Either way, some of the roads into the park are very narrow and curvy. As others have said the interior roads are in very poor shape, take it slow. We are here for a high school graduation in O’Fallon, MO and this is reasonable close and priced right. The $21.00 is based on the weekly rate. The owner is away but the first night we were here his son stopped by to be sure we had everything we needed. The laundry is reasonable at $1.25 for washer and dryer but the park relies on the RVers to keep it clean, so the machines were pretty dirty. Take antiseptic wipes or spray and paper towels. Most of the sites are on concrete and are pull through, there are a few sites on gravel. There are some permanents in this park. For a stay close to St Louis this is a great find. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

This park is a great one night stop or more if you are visiting or exploring Nacogdoches. $27.00 is Good Sam pricing. Sites are level and good sized. There seem to be some permanents, but other than some road noise the park is quiet. It is convenient to Highway 59 and easy to enter and exit. We’ve stayed here twice and will stay again if we are in the area. The park is located right next to the State Highway Patrol District Headquarters.

Good RV Park for overnight or longer if visiting the area. Several new sites since we were here last year. All sites are gravel but ours was pretty level. We didn’t notice any truck parking noise and we were in one of the sites close to the motel truck parking. Ole Sawmill Café has a buffet breakfast and we walked from the park to the restaurant. Food Giant has a large parking lot which we used to pick up ice on our way out. The owner is great, very helpful. This park is a little difficult to find (there is not an address for the park). I used the address for Ole Sawmill Café and our Garmin GPS took us right there. The park is well lighted at night and seems very secure. If you’re looking for entertainment this is not a park for you. If you are looking for an inexpensive overnight stay conveniently located on Highway I-40 just west of Memphis, TN: this is a great park. This is our second stay and we will stay again if we are in the area.
