Sunny Brook RV Resort, South Haven, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $62.00
Overall Rating:

Perfectly LOVELY RV resort. Sites were well spaced and provided nice views. The Kal-Haven State Park Bike Trail that led into South Haven was a definite PLUS!!! One of the loveliest pools and hot tubs we've seen. We camped at Sunny Brook RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Petoskey Motorcoach Resort (formerly Petoskey RV Resort ), Bay Harbor, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

BEAUTIFUL RV resort in a lovely area of Michigan. The showers were some of the nicest I've EVER seen, and the pool and hot tub were always clean and well taken care of. Continental Breakfast was served daily, and there was entertainment two times a week. The sites were well manicured and the scenery was pretty. There was a 30 mile bike path from Charlevoix to Petoskey that could be accessed right across the street. Plenty to do in the area to keep you busy for at least a week. We camped at Petoskey Motorcoach Resort (formerly Petoskey RV Resort ) in a Motorhome.

Indigo Bluffs RV Park & Resort, Empire, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $55.00

This is a lovely RV resort with a unique layout. The "pads" are stamped and stained concrete with plenty of width and length to accommodate any size RV. The park is VERY quiet and secluded, but they've only been open for about three months and have yet to build a clubhouse or private restrooms. If you want to use a restroom, you must either walk a LONG way to the restroom at the pool up front OR one of the two restrooms in the old campground next door - and they were dirty! I'd like to visit again in a year or two when they're further along with their building process. VERY nice park overall. We camped at Indigo Bluffs RV Park & Resort in a Motorhome.

Wonderful overnight stop before Cincinnati. Hosts are more than accommodating, even in inclement weather. The restrooms and showers were VERY clean and nicely decorated. They even smelled wonderful! We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Cincinnati South Campground in a Motorhome.

Atlanta South RV Resort , Mcdonough, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

These sites were long enough to accommodate our motorhome and toad, but so narrow that we couldn't even put out our slide. The hosts were friendly enough, but there were MANY permanent residents and units "stored", giving it a VERY run-down appearance. We didn't really feel safe here. The restrooms were old, unkempt and dirty. We will not stay here again. We camped at Atlanta South RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines), Lake City, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2009 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

This was the worst camping experience of our entire two week trip. The sites were nice, although rather narrow - but they only had TWO bathrooms for the entire campground, and one of the bathroom's toilet was plugged and "nasty" the entire time we were there!! If you wanted to use the shower in the bathroom that worked, that meant that there wasn't ONE available toilet! They were dirty and ill-kept. The front desk staff were friendly, but there were many permanent residents that apparently had a "club" of some type. They treated us "overnighters" rudely - not even returning a friendly "Hello" and making us feel very unwelcome when we entered the clubhouse, where the only working restroom was! We shall NEVER return to this campground and will advise others to avoid it. Too bad - since the location and surroundings were nice. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.
