A large park with lots of pull through sites. Paved roads but gravel spaces, which aren't completely level. Great staff and lots of services. Very little road noise but the train runs by pretty close. Very easy on and off Hwy 58. We will stay here again on our way through.

It is a very nice resort. It is well kept and gated. It is easy on and off the I-10 freeway. The staff was very nice and helpful. The resort is very quiet and we will stay here again on our next trip through.

The resort has lots of amenities for those wintering in Mesa. It has a great pool and picnic area. There are premium spaces which are basically double wide. The resort needs to add better security and there were frequent water outages. The local cable is sub-par but usable. Lots of intermixed park models. They were 55+ but because of the economy they have lowered their age requirements.

Probably the finest resort we have stayed in. Very quiet with great staff and well maintained grounds. Drop dead gorgeous scenery. Book early as this is a hidden gem. Bring a pressure regulator as they have very high water pressure. We had a great time hiking and biking. Borrego Springs is pretty small so stock up some before showing up. Beautiful golf course setting. There are a few good restaurants in town with one small grocery. We plan to come back for a month in the Spring.

Mostly a long term resident park. For the price there isn't much here. Most interior roads are rough, uneven gravel. Many sites are not level. Have to wonder why a park would have speed bumps throughout which play havoc with the coach. Staff is very friendly and helpful but reservations don't seem to mean too much so if you have a big rig be careful where they try to place you as some sites are very small and you may not get your slide out. Location is good however. Plenty of shopping and services in Vacaville. Camping World is about 2 miles away. Napa Valley is about a 30 minute drive.

Fantastic park. New with lots of amenities. Some spaces overlooking the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access in and out. Lassen Volcanic Natl Park is a scenic 1 hour drive away. Price shown was an upgrade fountain site. Some sites are reversible so you can pull in or back in. A little close to I-5 so ask for spaces at back of resort. Beautiful pool area but wish it had been heated. Ask about their club card for frequent visitor discounts. Will return on our annual journeys.

Great park situated right next to the Evergreen Aviation Museum. Very clean with paved roads and sites. Very large, wide sites. Very quiet. Some noise from the small airport across the highway but not bad. Will definitely return often. Close to many of the best wineries in Oregon. Found great shops and restaurants in downtown McMinnville.

Wonderful park although pricey. Very large spaces set in nicely treed park. Well manicured. Great staff. Wish they had a pool. We have stayed here many times and always enjoyed ourselves. So much to do in the Bend area.

Fantastic park. Plenty of spaces. Great staff. We have stayed here many times as we are from Portland. Indoor and outdoor pools. Right on the bluff overlooking the ocean. Lots to do in Newport. Very relaxing stay. Nice neighbors. Very quiet.

What a fantastic facility. Valet service to our site. Lots of large pull throughs with very nice paved pads and grass and patio area. Beautifully landscaped. Shuttle came to our site for short trip over to the casino for dinner. We live only 4 hours away and will come back here just to get away. Staff was excellent with the full service truck stop nearby for service and fuel.

Good location. Very busy but nice paved sites and roads. Large park. Excellent but very expensive Wi-Fi. Loud party in the clubhouse Friday night. Clean and well manicured grounds.

Nice enough park. The wifi was broken when we visited. Site was small for a big rig. No patio area. Paved streets and sites. Choose site carefully. Both dogs and kids running through our site. Great location.

Convenient location off of Hwy 58. Pretty rustic pull through sites in the back storage lot but serviceable. Gravel streets and parking spaces. No sewer hookups on the pull throughs. Good for overnight while en route

Beautiful park backing up to the Firestone Winery. There is a gate for resort guests to use to walk to the tasting room. Nicely paved sites. Ours was on the slope so we had a nice vineyard view and view of the hills to the west. We will definitely return.

Nice park. Fully paved streets and sites. Very nice staff. Situated right on the creek. Close to Medford and Ashville. Easy to get to off of I-5.
