Great location for seeing the local sites, easy in and out. The site was gravel, good for the area, keeping dust and mud down. Wi-Fi was only negative, didn't reach in all areas of the park and reception was up and down. They could use improvement here as we all travel with devices. TV reception is limited but adequate. Staff was friendly, helpful to tell of places to see and happenings in the area. We would come here if traveling again in the area.

We stayed in the cabin while visiting my sister who was in an RV. Park was very clean, wi-fi was spotty so we did not use it much. Cabin was comfortable. We would stay again.

Beautiful setting in the mountains, quiet and peaceful. The front desk was very accommodating, store was nicely stocked with decent prices. We loved the view of the little lake with its 1.5 walking trail and the huge city dog park next door very and convenient to KOA. Location is easy to get in and out and close to city of Cortez, a cute mountain town, and Mesa Verde.

Beautiful setting close to the ocean, quiet, a terrific hide-a-way on the coast close to San Francisco and Santa Cruz. Hiking and biking trails, horseback riding available. Fine dining on the property, cute store with lots of organic and local items. It's a hidden secret on the coast, wonderful destination park.

We stayed here for the second time and were greatly disappointed. We arrived and found the check-in office not open anymore. We had to walk through the smoky casino to the Quality Inn check-in desk. We would have never found it, had it not been for one of the casino workers. The gal at the front desk was unfriendly as it appeared she did not like registering RV's or giving directions to the RV parks. Leaving the hotel desk, we went out the back door to avoid the smoky casino and back to our rig. We went down the row the gal told us to go but found it was not the number we were given then had to circle around again to a different row. The rows were not identified in any way. No WiFi, although we could see the Quality Inn on our computers, it would not open to the Internet, weak signal. We went back to the desk and they said, it should reach, or we could sit in their smoky lobby, not our choice. The spots were short, our 37ft MH barely fit and we had to disconnect our tow and park it alongside the rig. We were told that the park was sold. It is obvious that they are not interested in RV traffic because they do not cater to good relations to RV's to make them walk so far and give them so little info and service. We stayed here several years ago and had an enjoyable experience. We would not return to this park, there are no services for the price now.

Park is convenient to Interstate and casinos, the sites were gravel and unlevel and the WiFi was fair in our location. We were given a site but when we went to it, it was occupied so we had to find another. Dog walk was full of pricky weeds to fill my dog's paw where she couldn't walk. It appeared their pool was open and looked clean and they had a nice miniature golf course. Like many RV parks there is a train track nearby but it did not blow whistles to wake during the night. It seemed pricey for the area but location was good.

Beautiful landscaped park located on a hill close to the freeway. We parked up on the hill. We did have freeway noise and parking was a bit tight for guest parking. The restrooms are a distance from the upper park, not easily usable. Location was excellent, price was on the high side, but normal for California.

It is a beautiful park among many oak trees. Satellite reception can be difficult. The only negative is the many speed bumps to keep the speed down to 10 mph; it works! Personnel are very friendly. There is a nice store, great fenced dog area, and well maintained, large sites.

Clean, quiet park in easy location. Access is a bit difficult if you come on the weekend as it is located behind a huge flea market. Stores are close by. No scheduled activities or pool. Personnel are very friendly.

It was what it is...a quick stop for the night, using our escapees membership to bring cost down. The space was tight, but we fit with the help of the escort that took us to the site. It was quiet, we rested well, and would return if passing through the area.

We discovered Green Caye after having a bad stay at Bay RV Park. This is a beautifully kept park, very clean. The spaces are large; each space has a picnic table and trash can that is emptied each day. There is a par-9 golf course next door which only enhances the park. We stayed here a week and will return.

Rustic park in convenient location leaving Florida. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the back trails exploring as we rented a golf cart to run the trails. The park was not crowded so RV's were spaced well. Our site was a back-in in the circle, level with full hook-ups. We have stayed at this site several times, never being disappointed with the friendly service of the staff. This park is one of our ROD parks: rates are really zero except for membership fees.

Great location, view of gulf. Only negative was we could not stay longer, it was booked.

Date of Stay:

Great location, just off I-10 and close to Biloxi. The only negative was when it rained, the park developed rivers between the sites. There appeared to be many long-term residents or FEMA occupants but as a whole the park was very clean, and safe.

This park was a disappointment. From it's advertisement, we thought we were going to a new, up to date park. It is obvious that the last hurricane did damage to the area and it is not yet up to being completed. Our major concern was 50 amp electrical continued to pop on the post, we had to downgrade to 30amp to keep the power running. It was raining when we came in, the spaces numbers are hard to read when the post are wet or dark. The cement pads are too small, it was raining and we stepped onto the mud that surround the small area of cement-pad. No picnic tables or patio areas around the pad were available. Our assigned space was loaded with tobacco butts, hundreds to thousands covered the ground around the pad. The area around the park was depressing with all the damage from the hurricane, and the park was a distance from shopping.
