Only stopped in for 1 night, but will definitely be back. Stayed right on the creek. Trout fishing should be great when we come back. Closed for winter, so it had just opened back up. Cabins available. Club-house, with Bingo and weekly activities going on. Live entertainment outside by a big fire once it warms up some. Office looks like a log cabin and has well-stocked store inside. This place rates high on our list of visiting again. Located only 1 mile off Hwy I-40. Pleasant camping experience.

Loved this park. Only reason it was not rated a 10 was because of not having a pool. Otherwise, it is a great place to just get away. Lots of trees and even though it is just off Hwy 421, it is amazingly quiet. Being right off 421 makes it extremely convenient for traveling. Owners live in park and are friendly and accommodating. Lots of things to do in this area. This park is just outside of Boone, so anything you want to do is within 10-20 miles or so. Will definitely be coming back.

Enjoyed our stay. Paved roads, paved sites and patios. Bathrooms were immaculate. This is a new park. Grass was neat and trimmed. The overall setting is very enjoyable. Managers were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had directions to RV parts store which we needed and (of course) WalMart which is only about 7 or 8 miles away. There is a restaurant and an Arby's within walking distance and many other places to eat not far away. Gas and diesel is available just outside of the park. We will definitely be stopping here when traveling on Hwy 301. Much better traveling through Florida than fast-paced, hectic I-75. We prefer to "stop and smell the roses"!
