This is a beautiful park with spacious sites and lots of trees. Nice location. Some freeway noise. We have stayed here many times.

Campground is pretty much a parking lot with very tight sites. Utilities worked fine and the proximity to Bart trains very good. Good location for visiting San Francisco area.

We really liked this park. Nice sites with views of the golf course. Owners very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

As others have said, this park is a parking lot, but with nicely defined spots and a very wide aisle for backing in. Owners escort you to your spot and are very friendly. You can walk to the beach. Wish there was a little more room between the sites but it is adequate.

Best campground in the area. That said, sites are close if there are slideouts. Didn't like the back to back arrangement of the sites--not much privacy.

Nice park for visiting Bellingham area. Sites were wide and long. Laundry was spotless.

This is the closest campground to town. If you can, get a full services site as they are in much better condition than the unserviced. The interior roads have a lot of potholes. The campground itself has beautiful trees and we always stay here when we are in Jasper National Park.

This campground clusters two sites next to each other. Can be tight with slide outs. We do not have slide outs but coach next to us did and we had to pull in our window awning to allow the other coach to put out his slide. Other than that campground is okay with trees and very close to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. We have stayed here many times.

It's all about the view in this campground. We have stayed at this campground many times over the years. The parking is a little strange as it is like parking along a curb in a row, but the views are certainly worth it!

This is a beautiful campground. Pine trees, large sites and Disney World--what's not to like!

Beautiful campground--one of the nicest we've stayed at. Nice pool, exercise room. Park is very empty this time of year. Tip: don't go to this area in summer. The heat and humidity were bad enough, but you could not be outside because of the biting bugs (think they were no see-ums).

This is a hard campground to rate. It is the only campground close to New York. Office people are helpful with directions for getting around. There is a restaurant/bar next door that has a beautiful view of Manhattan. BUT, the campground is nothing more than a poorly maintained gravel parking lot. Electricity is unpredictable if people need to use their air conditioners. There is supposed to be 50 amp service, but you can't use it because "the system is old". We were in C36. There are 4 sites in this area (C30, 32, 34, and 36). Do not book these sites if it's going to be hot as you can barely run one air conditioner before it blows the electricity. Other areas had electricity problems too, but I don't know the numbers. Laundry had 6 sets of machines (3 sets were out of order). Resort it's not; location it has.

Beautiful park right on the ocean. The water sites are amazing. We had stayed here many times. A little pricey, but worth it.

This is a nice, friendly park with very spacious sites. Some shaded sites and some without shade. Nice pool and clubhouse. Big rig friendly. We stayed here in 2005.

This campground is in poor condition. No one available in office (even to take your money). Rough neighborhood and mostly occupied by permanent residents. Good Sam needs to go out and re-evaluate this campground. We stayed one night so we could visit friends in Houston and would never return to this campground.
