Close to Halifax, but not to most poi's. WiFi is screwy, free with poor service, must pay to get better service; however, if you use the free service, you must wait 24 hours before you can use the paid service. Paid showers are a rip off. You have to wait through half of your paid shower for the water to get hot. There are only 5 sites with full hookups. Most of the sites are not level. I would not stay here again.

This park is not big rig friendly. We were in a 45ft motorhome with a 20ft trailer. They told us, no problem. Problem is this park is not for big rigs of any kind. Too many trees, 90 degree turns, poor street markings. Upon arrival, greeter was rude. Upon departure, I was walking our motorhome out, moving unnecessary steel fence posts. We managed to scrape the side of the motorhome on a stop sign. The greeter/parker then showed up and started a lecture about how bad drivers we were, etc. Terribly rude. I would never stay there again.

I can't believe this is a Good Sam park. Entrance is thru a gas station. The first 35 sites are permanent, crowded, many junk campers, some utility trailers converted to living trailers. Back section is newer and with good Wi-Fi, open skies for sat, large pull thru for big rigs. OK for a short night, wouldn't want to spend any time here.

Owner on site, could not have been more helpful. Park is small, but beautifully landscaped. All staff willing to do whatever to make your stay enjoyable. Park is centrally located for Kingsport, Bristol and Johnson City.

Park is mostly manufactured park with semi/permanent residents. Not suitable for large RVs, lots are very close together with no turning room or parking for your tow vehicle. Never saw management.
