Previously read about new owner and quiet time. Maybe I am too old, but it is a family campground. The new office personnel are much more pleasant and knowledgeable. Pool was cleaner and smoking in limited areas. I found nothing that I would change.

Date of Stay:

Okay for an overnight. Dirt roads that are very dusty. Close to the I-20.

Super nice owners, clean park. Small but easy to back in. Great pool, complimentary soda in fridge by pool. Nice laundry for $1.00 wash and $1.00 dry. As stated by previous reviewers, it is a small park behind their home, but we like it so much staying an additional night.

Date of Stay:

Great level sites, good hookups. Easy to navigate inside campground. Pretty park. Check in person not very friendly and not in a hurry.

Date of Stay:

Large level lots. Not a concrete campground. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Really nice park. I would give it a 10 if the Wi-Fi was better. Nice pool, well manicured park, level sites playground for kids, nice grassy areas under awning and very friendly caring owners.

The campground changed owners, two years ago. It is obvious that they have done a lot and are still working hard to improve the park. Roads are dirt, but no problem to get our 40 foot 5th wheel to a pull through site. The pool was great, Wi-Fi hotspot only in laundry/pool area. Owners are very customer oriented, there to please. I am sure they will continue to improve the park.

Great park, very well manicured. Previous posts about steep road are true, but trees are trimmed and our 40' 5th wheel made it down. Right on the river with docks available. Very nice owners, always there willing to help out in any way. Would definitely stay here again.

I hate to be totally negative so, the 50 amp service was good. Wi-Fi was okay, but charged for each day. Hookups on wrong side of RV. Park Very run down. Lots were part grass part large rocks. Lots of old, I mean, Old trailers. We had reserved 5 days, when checking in changed that to 2. After 1 night, we left, they did refund the 2nd day lot rental. Staff was friendly. Would not camp here again

Super nice woman at office (owner). She was very helpful with area attractions. Park clean and well manicured. Sites not quite level, but there are lots of pull through sites with full hookups. Rate is Passport America and would stay here again.

Super friendly check in people. Great pull through sites, full hook ups. Close to interstate. Clean park.

Date of Stay:

Easy in and out, most sites are pull through. WiFI is up and down more than a yo-yo. Actually, down more than up, even in their laundry area. No one monitors the speeding of vehicles in the park. There are full hookups and a great view of the lake.

This is a nice, new park on Santa Rosa Sound. Sites by the street are noisy from beach traffic. Wi-Fi is very slow. Location is great, walk to restaurants, bars and beach activities. Rates are high but it is in a vacation hotspot.

Date of Stay:

Lot's of permanent residents, some in FEMA trailers. Those sites are not well kept. Sites are long but narrow and not in good shape. Full hook up rate of $44.00 way too much for this park.

Owners are very friendly and laid back. Lots of dogs running loose, be careful where you walk. It had rained the day before we arrived and there was Mud everywhere. Lots of Winter Texans and workers. Needs a lot of work. We paid Passport America rate. Regular rate of $35.00 totally way too much for what is there.
