Many different types of sites from gravel to paved, with and without concrete pads. We had a lovely gravel site under huge shade trees and plenty of room for our slide outs. We were able to set up a portable fence around our sitting area for the dogs. The staff was very friendly. They have 2 swimming pools (one heated and one not), a hot tub, and a rec hall.

The owners of this campground are the best.. always helpful and friendly. They welcome my husband and I and our little dog every time we stay, which is fairly often. The sites are clean and for the most part grassy. No picnic tables, but most people carry the fold-up kind these days anyways. Plenty of room for slide outs, with lots of room to set up an outdoor sitting area. I have always found the bathrooms and laundry room to be very clean!

This was a very nice, clean campground. Our stay here was in conjuction with a visit to Lion Country Safari Zoo which is adjacent to the campground. We were able take advantage of the 3 night special which included zoo tickets, this brought the price WAY down, so we only paid full price for 1 of the 4 nights we stayed here. It was a real treat to hear the lions roaring at different times throughout the day (and night)!!

My husband and I have camped here with our little dog numerous times and will continue to come back whenever possible. We enjoy the family atmosphere of the campground and the owners are so helpful and friendly. The restaurant has closed down but is now a gathering place for campers to play cards or games. Holidays here have included huge pot-luck dinners! The lake is beautiful and the sites are easy to access. It is so peaceful here!
