I wouldn't have known this park exsisted, if not for this site. It is at the end of a road that dead ends right next to the beach and has a view of Morro Rock. We were in the back with pull-through sites. I really liked the short fences that separated the pull-through sites. That gave a nice look when sitting at the site. If I had to stay in the section that was not pull-through, I would not stay here. The smaller sites were very crowded! Kids on bikes with little supervision made driving through the park scary. Not a park suitable for kids. No grass or kid area. We don't have kids, so the back area was a quiet area.

We bought a membership to this park and we are very disappointed. As a local RV dealership said, "They are nice to you until you buy into the park." Then they were very hard to deal with, giving us sites we couldn't get into and acting like that was all there was. If you want to stay temporarily, it is fine but very dusty. Winter time has drainage issues. They are rude.
