If there would be such a thing, I’d give this campground minus 4 stars. The owner claimed that they are a 4 star campground. It is not the case. We will NEVER camp there again. Besides being a dump filled with dirty permanent trailers, we were nickeled and dimed to no end. Never mind the rudeness of the owners. Stay away! The other comments before where so right and I have a suspicion that the good comments were written by the owner. No one in their right mind would like this place. BTW, the bridge at the front entrance is still not repaired and if a long rig comes in, it is VERY hard to make that sharp turn into the back entrance. * There was no water service. It was turned off. There were no frost-free faucets. It is kind of odd, since we had to pay full price and the campground is open all year.

Stayed one night...the prices are off the rocker...with the KOA discount of 10% it was $49.00 for a 30 AMP site. The campground was clean...lots of seasonals though and they were sqeezed together like sardines in a can. The pull through sites were facing each other...not much privay. I would not camp there again. The price is too high.

The park is excellent. We were there 2 weeks and loved the park. The sites are very large and easy to pull in. The reason for the #5 is that the showers weren't cleaned, not even once. Usually the Army Corps of Engineers parks are very clean and we were very surprised that this beautiful had showers that weren't cleaned once the whole time we were there.

The rate is with the KOA discount. I can't find any cons with this campground. We stopped there on the road from Denver to Kansas City and we are glad that we did. The campground is really very nice. The sites are pull-thru sites and pretty even. They serve all you can eat pancakes for $2.50 every morning and at night they have an ice cream social for $1.50 and the best root beer float for $2. The owners of this campground are extremely nice and sure make you feel welcome. I wouldn’t camp any place else if we would ever be in the area again. The rest rooms were immaculate and so is the little dining area where the breakfast is served.

Yup, it is weird to get to the campground, but follow the signs and the directions and you'll be fine. The campground has a gorgeous view, all concrete slabs, nice owners, fully stocked store, good Wi-Fi, cable TV is good too and if we ever come to this area again, we'll camp here again.

Rate is based on 10% off with KOA membership card. The campground is very nice. The staff is beyond friendly and we are VERY happy here. Staying four days and would come back again. The campsites are not huge, but cozy and nice. Bathrooms are VERY clean and the store is stocked. The only thing I didn't like: there is no grass and it is a bit dusty, but that is to be expected in the desert.

Rate based on 15% discount they currently offer. The reason I found this campground was, that I was looking for the convenience to drive to Bryce, Zion, and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We booked for three days, four nights. The owner complained to me that ever since she dropped KOA, KOA and the neighbors that live in town are making her look bad and they discourage people from coming to her campground. Well, I have to say that the owners are causing their own misery. The campground is not maintained, the sites are uneven, the store is NOT stocked, despite what the Website and the brochure states, the fire pits are dirty, never been clean: cigarette butts, plastic and other garbage in it. I wouldn’t light a fire there. There is this ‘so called café, but seriously: I would not dine there. There are no customers/campers here. How fresh can the stuff be? The swimming pool has a cover on it. You can’t go in. The dog run is a joke (4’ wide) and the hotspot in the office and laundry room is a joke as well. And did I mention that there is no TV? My Verizon did not work in this area. There is horse manure on the campsites: not good. I do have to mention that the campground, if taken care of it properly, has a lot of potentials. It has a gorgeous view and would, with the right care and maintenance be a great spot to spend a few days or more.

I would have given this campground a 10, but I didn’t like that I booked a larger pull-through site on line, and when we got here, we got a short site without much room to put up a small dog pen and two chairs, never mind our 10x10 screen room. Also, while camping here, they ran the sprinkler and all the water went under the slide-out, getting the tracks wet. When ask them to stop watering while we stay here, they did stop; but we were asked if we could water the lawn while here. Not for $42 a night we won’t. Other than that, it was fine. It is a huge campground, very convenient to everything. This is the second time we were here. I would camp here again, but I would request a different site the next time.

The price reflects the KOA discount which I bought a membership for today. We were pleasantly surprised. The campground itself is clean (pebbles on all sites and walkways) and the sites are spacious. Every site has a picnic table. Everything is well maintained and the staff (I assume it was the owner and wife) was very friendly when checking in. They offered us the KOA membership and right away, I got 10% off the price. All in all: I would camp here again.

The campground does have large pull-through sites. My reason for saying it is not pet friendly is because the campground is so dusty that my white pooch was gray after taking a walk. The campground sites are horribly dusty and sandy and too soft for stands. They filled some holes with huge rocks that are hard to walk on, and if you are not careful you can hurt yourself. The owner said that he is making the campground larger. He should improve the existing one first. I will not camp there again.

Love this park as an overnight stop! Clean, friendly, and the hamburgers at their little restaurant we very good too. Would defiantly stay here again. The price is right too!

Right on Rt.30. Very convenient and clean. It's a pretty little campground and the staff was friendly. Stayed one night. You will hear the traffic from the highway, but that is to be expected and it didn't bother us.

Love this RV park. We had our campsite right on Penn's Creek. It was nice. Shade, grass and blue stones. No dust. No much going on, but if you don't want to be bothered and just relax, this is the right campground.

OMG...what a great campground! By far the cleanest and best kept campground that I have been in my 35+ camping years. The campsites are very spacious and clean. The bathrooms are sparkling clean. Wi-Fi on the campsite...love it! If campgrounds would have stars, I'd compare it to a 5 star hotel.

What a goldmine this gorgeous campground would be for the owner if he/they would take care of it. The garbage pails in the rest rooms (next to the toilets) were filled up to the rim with napkins and tampons. You can tell that they haven't been emptied in a while and therefore I am sure that the bathroom itself wasn't cleaned either. Thanks god we are self contained and I was just nosy to see the bathrooms. There were real old disgusting and trashy looking seasonal campers and in the woods were anything from an old corroded school bus to old cars, just laying around. So sad, it could be an awesome campground.
