Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc., Forrest City, Arkansas

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Exceptionally nice little park once you get by the café and dirt entrance. When I told him one reason I came was the $25.00 for an overnight noted by others here, he stated that it would be $30.00 for a 50 amp hook up. Since it was 90 degrees outside, I agreed to pay the extra. It would be nice to have pricing on his website. He fills up almost every night and when called for a reservation, he saved a site. Call in advance if you want to stay here. We camped at Delta Ridge RV Park, Inc. in a Motorhome.

Tonopah RV, Tonopah, Nevada

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I called to reserve a 45' site after a positive review and $28.00 price by a reviewer. She saved a big site (on the other side of the buildings) which was big enough that I didn't need to unhook. However the price she tried to charge me was $35. When I told her about the other price quoted, she lowered it. All I needed was 50 amp electric for a quick overnight. If you are staying here in a big rig, call in advance to save the site and get a price before stoping. We camped at Tonopah RV in a Motorhome.

Tips for other Campers:

Nice area for "dark skies" stargazing. Otherwise a half way point between Las Vega and Reno. Route 95 is a very good 2 lane road.

Crook County RV Park, Prineville, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Open, sunny spots so good satellite. Very narrow pavement and instructed to stay off the grass. Couldn't connect to WiFi but good Verizon 4G signal. Plenty of length for 45' motorhome and car parking in front/ We camped at Crook County RV Park in a Motorhome.

Coyote Valley RV Resort, Morgan Hill, California

Date of Stay: October, 2015 - $70.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful 10 year old park with all cement, full hook up sites. There are many long term renters. They are planning to expand in the near future to accommodate more short term stays. Best park in the Bay area but about 70 miles from downtown SF. If you plan to use this park, make your reservations early. We camped at Coyote Valley RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Colorado Heights Camping Resort, Monument, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2015 - $8.00
Overall Rating:

We have stayed there a number of times in a 45' RV because it is part of Coast to Coast and close to family. They do charge an extra $5.00 per night for 50 amp service. The roads in and out are narrow and tight. If you have a large RV, the area on the top of the hill is wide open with adequate sized spaces and no trees. I wouldn't be able to stay anywhere else in the park. We camped at Colorado Heights Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Colorado Springs is a great place to visit. Lots of shopping within about 10 miles. Visit the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.

Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines), Lake City, Florida

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Easy access from I-10 makes this a nice spot for a stopover or for a few days. Large, level sites, easy access and friendly people. There is some road noise but tolerable. Overall, a nice, clean park. We camped at Lake City RV Resort (formerly Oaks "N" Pines) in a Motorhome.

Bella Terra RV Resort, Foley, Alabama

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Brand new RV Resort for Class A motorhomes only. Spacious sites with extra wide parking area. Large, well furnished clubhouse with well equipped exercise room and a large screen TV. Pool is 25 m. long and suitable for lap swimming or relaxing. Central lake is new and will eventually be stocked for fishing. There are many golf courses nearby and beach is about 5 miles away. Tangier outlets, WalMart, grocery stores and many restaurants are all within 5 minutes but the resort is isolated and quiet. Overall, a great place to stay. We camped at Bella Terra RV Resort in a Motorhome.
