Coffee Creek RV Resort, Santo, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2013 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed there during their Bluegrass Festival, and had a great time. Owners are very involved and make you feel very welcome. Whether you are a Texan and need a place to RV for the weekend or you are traveling on I-20 across Texas, I would highly recommend this park. We camped at Coffee Creek RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Maumelle COE, Little Rock, Arkansas

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

This is a great COE park, or at least it has been in the past. The last two years we have had to deal with grass that is almost knee high in some locations. We camped at Maumelle COE in a Fifth Wheel.

Oak Creek RV Park, Weatherford, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Excellent experience, great layout, some sites would be considered superior! Would look for a reason to stay here for a while. This is a treasure looking for reason to shine. I have no connection to this Park, just think it should get appropriate credit for a job well done. We camped at Oak Creek RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Butterfield RV Resort & Observatory, Benson, Arizona

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This park is top notch, the only concern I have is that for $32 (with discount) you should get Wi-Fi free. I agree with all the positive things said about this park. Friendly staff, paved roads, gravel sites (Arizona style), with concrete curbs, and a tree at each site makes for a very nice experience. If it was not so close to our final destination, we would stay longer. Price is only thing that prevented a 10 rating. We camped at Butterfield RV Resort & Observatory in a Fifth Wheel.

Tra-Park RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park, Pecos, Texas

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

It works well for an overnight park, or if your interest are not to have a big site. First, the guy at the desk was great. Second, the laundry was very good, with an iron and board. hird, WiFi (Tengo) was faster than we typically experience with their service. We will stay there again when traveling through on I-20. We camped at Tra-Park RV Park - Escapees Rainbow Park in a Fifth Wheel.

I-30 Travel Park, Benton, Arkansas

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

Although this park is very convenient to most of my family, it does not have wifi, and the long term rigs have several broken down vehicles around the park. That makes it appear less safe. Although I think it is safe, it looks bad. We stay at another park if we are in town more than one night. We camped at I-30 Travel Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park), Shreveport, Louisiana

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Nice park, we have stayed here in the past, and on this visit we realized they improved the Wi-Fi. Good Internet made our stay much better. I like the distance from I-20, access to local restaurants and stores. If you exit from 20 at the Petro, you can fill up and wash your rig. We will stay each time we visit the area! We camped at Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

Wanderlust RV Park, Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Date of Stay: October, 2009 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Friendly staff; nice clean country park. The sites are tight, but the surroundings make up for the size of sites. Wi-Fi is not robust at all. If you need real access you might not be happy with the speed. Often times it is stalled. There is a lot to do in the area, and I recommend the Ozark Mountain Hoe-down. We camped at Wanderlust RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Destiny Dallas RV Resort, Denton, Texas

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Management of this park is great. Bathrooms, laundry, and roads are great. Sites are good, but some are tight. Pool and hot tub are very well kept and clean. Wi-Fi is terrible, especially because each laptop must pay for connectivity. Simple page views were often very slow, it seemed like the days of dial up. If I have to pay $30 per week for us to connect two laptops to Tengo-Internet service, it should be smoking fast! This is not a one-time occurrence, we have stayed at this park a few times. I hope that Destiny will decide to invest in a park owned system. We camped at Destiny Dallas RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Fort Morgan RV Park, Gulf Shores, Alabama

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Upon arrival, the campground may disappoint, but it turns out to be a friendly, peaceful place to stay. Improvements are being made, but still leaves alot to be desired if you are accustomed to today's standards for RV parks. It is a family friendly, fishing fun place to stay with great views. Wi-Fi is marginal. Managers are terrific! We camped at Fort Morgan RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Harrison Village Campground & RV Park, Harrison, Arkansas

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We are happy with this park, the owners are great and working to improve the campground. Wi-Fi is excellent! The layout of the park is unusual but workable, and they have made good use of the hillside. The pool is well maintained. This park is just south of Branson, and is close to the Buffalo River. This was a very shaded park until an ice storm damaged the trees last winter. The owners did a great job trimming the trees and this will be a shaded campground again in a few years. We will stay here again! We camped at Harrison Village Campground & RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We rate the park an 8, and that is good! We would stay here again if we did not need Wi-Fi. The park was easy to access, the staff was friendly and helpful, sites were reasonably sized, and the dog run was a good idea. Although they have Wi-Fi, it did not work well. We camped at Shreveport / Bossier City KOA (formerly Tall Pines RV Park) in a Fifth Wheel.

I can only say good things about the park and its owner. We stay here each year for about a month. We join a group of other couples that come at the same time. Make your reservations early! We camped at Denton Ferry RV Park & Resort in a Fifth Wheel.
