Park is very old and not maintained. No 50amp in my space. Stayed 5 days and then wanted to extend stay 1 day and get the cheaper weekly rate. Management refused to do. They are stubborn and lazy. Do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. It is crummy.

Great park that is nicely laid out with lots of space between units. Back in spaces around the perimeter have the best views. Good location to base out of while exploring the gold country along hwy 49. Casino provides shuttle service from your site every 1/2 hour. Casino is fairly large.

Be advised this park has an old 30 amp service that does not produce adequate power to your site. My electric meter registered in the red zone the 5 days we were there. I was very concerned about damaging my electric appliances. Sites contain loose rock that is difficult to get traction on when positioning your rig. The park needs a major upgrade. I will not be staying here again.

This is a nice campground for an overnight. Adjacent to the 101 Hwy and it is very quiet in evening. Good spot to explore the adjacent area of Carmel and Monterey. If you stay here check out the Mission at San Juan Bautista.

Nice park with beautiful pool area and club house. It is a senior park. They have a rather strange arrangement for trash disposal, limited to 2x weekly, Does not make sense, just put in several dumpsters. Park is pretty quiet in the evening. Rates are high when you consider no TV or Wi-Fi. You buy Wi-Fi access for $15/week.

Rv parking is set up in the very last row right next to the dry Sal River. No trees at all just barren. This was supposed to be a senior park but we were located next to a motorhome with 2 small children. What gives, if its senior lose the kids. Don't think I will stay here again, spent a week here.

Getting to this park requires climbing a very steep grade from hiway 49. I would not recommend descending on hiway 120 unless you have an exhaust brake. The turn off to the park is not well marked. I found the sites to be adequate but very dusty as none of the access roads are paved. During my stay, the park lost all water pressure and it was not restored before I left. I was not impressed with this place.
