This is a nice park, older but nice. The staff are knowledgable and helpful. Be careful the entrance comes up quick and it is by a merging road. We had a premium site. Great dog park.

Definatly a family friendly park. Lots of kids, it was their Christmas in July event. The park is off the beaten path and interesting to get too. The sites are large but a bit hilly. My biggest gripe is the early arrival charge of $5 an hour and. a $3 per dog charge. Because they can.

Nice campground. They have a honey wagon for pump outs, free for a three day stay. Very large lots. They do not have a dog walk. Staff was friendly.

We stayed 4 nights. The camp sites can be tight. We were on C30 (the best site in the park) in a 38' rig. There was construction next door so during the week it was noise yearly. We had electric problems on 50 amp. One leg was dropping voltage, the park said they had a call in on it.

The park is old and needs updating. We had some power problems with 30 amp. The campground was close to Philly, we took the train. It was easy.

Nice park on the water. Some spots are a bit tight. Overall nice park.

We stayed on the south side. Very nice park with friendly staff. Nice to walk to the sea wall in the morning.

We stayed 5 nights. The park is clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. They have a great dog park. We had a level pull through site, that is gravel. Water seemed a bit hard, not really a problem for us. Only thing is they are just off US 17, which can be interesting.

The only thing that this place could use is a dog run. We stayed 5 nights.

First we were booked 10 days at Deception Pass State Park, when we realized we had no sewers, TV or internet. We were able to cancel and get a spot here, we do not regret it. Some sites are small but there is ample parking. The park is under new management and has improved over the last reviews. Everything has a fresh coat of paint, very nice dog park, new fire rings and new picnic tables. The grounds, laundry and restrooms are clean and orderly. The staff is friendly. The internet is like any other RV park, just ok. However the only thing that needs major work is the cable tv reception, on the site we had it was intermittent. We spoke with the manager and she was aware of the problem and was working on it. Keep I mind this place is less expensive than the state park.

This is a very nice park. I have no major complaints, very nice landscaping, friendly staff and convenient to almost everything. We rode the bus to the city, the 522 express, to keep from driving the truck downtown. It worked out great, suggest checking into it. NOTE: The entrance to the park from the GPS is wrong, you need to turn on 242 st. or you will end up in a oil change business. The only things that could be improved are better Wi-Fi, more cable channels, and a bigger dog run. Small stuff, really. Would stay again.

We were looking for someplace to stay to visit the Portland area, our stay was 3 weeks. We found the park clean and well kept. The sites are maintained and full concrete. Wi-Fi is what I expect for free from the campground. We had no problems during check-in and the staff has been pleasant. The park is convenient to downtown and local attractions, we used ten MAX trains and trolley. There is one thing I do not understand about the rules: bicycle riding is not allowed, I understand some one was injured. The speed limit is 10 MPH, I noticed the permanent residents not abiding the rules. Note that it is in the flight path of the Portland airport; this did not bother us. We enjoyed seeing the military jets take off. There are several good restaurant/bars close by. Things we did not like and would stay away from: No apparent limit on the number of dogs, site 122 has at least 9. Some long term residents are pretty cluttered, e.g., sites 100 and 101.

Price is with Good Sam discount. After a long day this was a little corner of paradise. The park was clean with gravel sites. The office makes and delivers pizza to your rig. While not gourmet, we did not have to cook. The park has a great dog walk, with plenty of room to let our pups burn some energy.

Good KOA, easy to get too and the staff is great. The sites are unpaved. The campground is very clean. We spent one night and will stop again.
