Campfire Lodge and Resort, West Yellowstone, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

We could not fit into the site with our 31 foot 5th. We were asked if we had a water faucet splitter so that we could share the faucet with our neighbor. The plug for our electrical hookup was on a tree. It was a household plug. We were told it was actually 30 amps but we had better be careful because it was very easy to blow the fuses and put everyone out of power. The sewer hookup had an old rug over it and was covered with ants. Needless to say the owners would not give us our deposit back. To call this an RV park is a farce. Beautiful location but a horrible campground!!! We camped at Campfire Lodge and Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Absaroka Bay RV Park, Cody, Wyoming

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Great park and a great rate. Very clean and laundry room was not only spotless but inexpensive for a wash and dry. All sites were pull-thru and full hookup. Wi-fi signal was great at the site. Close to town. Shuttle bus to town available. Fishing across the street in the lake. Children's playground just down the road. We camped at Absaroka Bay RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
