Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga, Rossville, Georgia

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

We almost didn't stay here because of the review that said this park is muddy was after a major down pour. The place is great. No hiway traffic, planes, or trains. Nice grassy open area, a pool, and nice people. We would go again, love Chatanooga. Roads are gravel. Showers really nice. They are separate rooms that lock and very big. We camped at Holiday Travel Park of Chattanooga in a Motorhome.

Loretta Lynn's Family Campground, Hurricane Mills, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful area. 7 miles from the hiway. If you go check ahead because they do 3 times a year motorcross races. That's when we showed up. Rustic wood showers but very nice. Great sites. Wood was expensive $10. Also you want to be sure to go to Ms. Lynn's plantation home for a tour and visit her museum. Very nice. I really enjoyed it greatly except for the races. We camped at Loretta Lynn's Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort), Lebanon, Tennessee

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Doesn't look like much as you pass by, but it's really great. You are in the country. About 1/4 mile off the highway if that, but lots of trees, lots of grass. Nice bathrooms, laundry OK. Great people, especially one of the care takers. Great views. Would go back for sure We camped at Nashville East / Lebanon KOA (formerly Countryside Resort) in a Motorhome.

EZ Daze RV Park, Southaven, Mississippi

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice. It's new so the trees aren't big yet. Bathrooms and office are all great. Only thing is FedEx flies over depending on the wind, but they can fly over as early as 5:30 one after the other. I think it is their HUB. OK most of the night. I would go again. Hot tub and pool. We camped at EZ Daze RV Park in a Motorhome.

Mill Creek Campground & RV Park, Paxico, Kansas

Date of Stay: April, 2010 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

It is practically on top of the railroad tracks. Cute but I asked the person at the office if the trains were noisy, and she said she doesn't notice them. RIGHT! I asked how often they run, and she said 2 times an hour. I asked my husband if he wanted to reconsider but NO. Paid $5 for firewood that was wet and didn't burn. The trains truly ran 2 times an hour, every hour all through the night. Couldn't sleep much, got up, didn't even take a shower, and got out. We camped at Mill Creek Campground & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Overnite RV Park, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $29.00

Nice people, nice place but lots of traffic noise. Nice for the animals. When an airplane does come over it is very low. We only had one plane around 9 PM. Neither of us slept good because of the traffic noise. We camped at Overnite RV Park in a Motorhome.

This was a very nice and clean park. There was some train noise around midnight but no big deal it was quite the rest of the time. Very friendly. Would stop there again. We camped at Clayton RV Park (formerly Clayton KOA) in a Motorhome.
