Plymouth Rock Camping Resort, Plymouth, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

It was much better in past years. New management in 2009 apparently means paying more for less. The garbage overflowed, the toilets backed up. The staff was rude and unprofessional. They nickel and dime for extra people, cars and tents. There are hidden rules and fees, and watch out for the extra over-charge when there is a car race across the street. We camped at Plymouth Rock Camping Resort in a Tent Trailer.

Holiday Acres Camping Resort, Garden Prairie, Illinois

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $38.00

Overall a positive experience. Gravel roads mean dusty conditions. Restrooms were not real clean but usable, campers can handle them. Very difficult dump station access. We didn't use it, luckily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We camped at Holiday Acres Camping Resort in a Tent Trailer.

Fish Lake Beach Camping Resort, Volo, Illinois

Date of Stay: April, 2009 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Friendly staff and clean facilities. The have a swimming beach and kiddie pools. Our site was spacious and everything was in good working order. They are not very close to Six Flags, I don't know why they advertise this. Overall a good pick. We camped at Fish Lake Beach Camping Resort in a Tent Trailer.
