Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Staff is young, rude and look filthy. No one is cleaning up after campers. Trash everywhere. Sites narrow and Unlevel. Employees look confused and untrained. Very rude "manager" when asking about cable. Don't stay here. We camped at Flagstaff KOA in a Motorhome.

Flagstaff KOA, Flagstaff, Arizona

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here in a 40ft rig towing a 20 ft trailer and I have read the past reviews about it being narrow. Well it is narrow but it is in the mountains, and it is beautiful! If you know how to drive your rig it is not a problem. Yes, we had to use leveling jacks but it is on the side of a mountain. You can not have it all and what they have a ton of is beauty. I think this is the best KOA we have ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly, the managers were great, the kamp kitchen had an excellent made to order breakfast. They even had an events center that they served an all you can eat home made spaghetti dinner with salad and garlic bread that was to die for! They had free wi-fi that worked great, the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen, the office was beautiful, the store was packed with items you couldn't find at a grocery store and I would stay here again anytime. There are 200 sites here and they are in row just like any other RV park. I am sure if they had less sites people would complain because they were sold out. I heard several people in the laundry room which was so clean talking about how great it was to be in a real campground and not a wal-mart RV park that was ugly. So learn how to drive your rigs people and quit complaining, nice campgrounds like this are becoming rare. We loved the tree's and the mountain and will put in the extra ten minute effort to enjoy nature. Flagstaff KOA should not be missed. If you want an overnight stay find a wal-mart so you can be lazy, but if you want to feel like your at summer camp with games and activities and food and a family atmosphere then go to the KOA and enjoy your vacation. We camped at Flagstaff KOA in a Motorhome.
