Texas RV Park of Big Spring, Big Spring, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

The people were friendly, including a host who rolled up as we were reading instructions for late arrivals. He was very helpful in steering us to a nearby and very handy spot for our overnight needs. It was clean and quiet here, except for some highway noise. Better signs from the Interstate might have helped, but we found the park OK by staying on the highway through town (about four miles) without giving up. Good place to bunk down halfway across Texas. We camped at Texas RV Park of Big Spring in a Travel Trailer.

North Texas Jellystone (formerly Rustic Creek Ranch), Burleson, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Great facilities. Nicely shaded sites. Friendly staff. Clean bathhouse. We were visiting family near Fort Worth and this was a perfect location. Only drawback was noise from I-35W, but that was the trade off for convenient location. We camped at North Texas Jellystone (formerly Rustic Creek Ranch) in a Travel Trailer.
