Brookhollow RV Park, Kelso, Washington

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

A campground which is used by a lot of long-timers with a lot of dogs. It's a bunch of concrete pads in between young trees. Be sure that you will be watched in any step you do. The campground is far enough from I-5 to be quite at night. We camped at Brookhollow RV Park in a Motorhome.

Tuolumne Meadows Campground (NPS Campground), Yosemite National Park, California

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

The Campground itself is not really nice. It is really full and you are really close to the next Person for a NP. The showers and bathrooms are terrible.
The close river is awesome to take a swim before dinner. Obviously there are nice hikes nearby.
Overall a nice Campground, we would've loved to stay a couple more nights. We camped at Tuolumne Meadows Campground (NPS Campground) in a Motorhome.

Lincoln City KOA, Otis, Oregon

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

The Check-In was easy, Staff was really friendly. They charge you $43 for the night and 2 Persons, every other Person over 6 is $5 / night.
We had a Water/Elektrik Only Site, but there is a dumping station, which is fairly misplaced. If you are dumping, your RV is blocking the road to the RV Site and Exit. It is also next to the playground. Other then that, the playground is big and nice. There is also space to play volleyball or play some catch, which is nice.
Overall a nice campground. The Ocean isn't too far and the sunset is beautiful there. We camped at Lincoln City KOA in a Motorhome.

Golden Rule RV Park, Willits, California

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Self Check-In worked without any issues. The offices closes at 4pm, which is a little early in my mind.
The Site was shady and quite, although it looks like the RV Park is next to the US-101.
Wi-Fi was available near the office which was a little up the hill. The connection was ok.
The Pool was small but nice, we didn't use the bathrooms or showers.
Overall a nice campground for staying the night. We camped at Golden Rule RV Park in a Motorhome.

Flag City RV Resort, Lodi, California

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The campground is right next to the I-5 and you could hear it a little bit, not too loud tho. The pool and spa was nice and clean.

WiFi was only available near the office, and didn't work at all. In my opinion a no-go in 2016.

We were surprised about the cleanness of the showers and bathroom. You don't see that too often.

Overall a good campground when traveling through, I wouldn't recommend it for multiple nights tho. We camped at Flag City RV Resort in a Motorhome.

The Pines Camping Area, Salisbury, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: September, 2010 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is surrounded by marsh. It has a lot of huge tree which provide plenty of shade. The ground is mainly sand which turns into mud when raining. The pool was closed when we wanted to use it. The sites are quite small. The restrooms really need some rework and were barely cleaned. The free WiFi only works at the office. We will not return again. We camped at The Pines Camping Area in a Motorhome.

Adventure Bound Camping Resorts – Cape Cod, North Truro, Massachusetts

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

It is nice wooded campground and end of August it was quite full. No sewer were available and the Wi-Fi was not free (at least we couldn't get any free provider). The beach is good 20 minutes walk, but normally a fee is required entering the beach. The restrooms were not so clean, but OK. Due to the location we would probably camp here again. We camped at Adventure Bound Camping Resorts – Cape Cod in a Motorhome.

Brattleboro North KOA, Brattleboro, Vermont

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $48.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice slightly shaded campground. The spots are gravel on lawn. The restrooms were sparkling clean at any time we used them. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (also with the extra hose for the water). The WiFi worked great for us (full speed at any time). The playgrounds and the pool were very welcomed by our kids. We definitely will come back. We camped at Brattleboro North KOA in a Motorhome.

The sites at the river front are perfect. Very, very nice setting. The swimming hole in the river was highly appreciated by our kids. The restrooms and showers need some cleaning. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Simple and very quite campground next to the airport. No office was opened so we simply dropped our bills. Wi-Fi was not available. We camped at Mountain Valley RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cabin RV Park, Big Cabin, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This is not a normal campground, but a resort. So you need to attend a tour and make presentation. While we stayed there we arrived late and could not make any tour (started too late for us). So we can not recommend this as a campground for a night. Neither Wi-Fi nor any cell phone (we have AT&T and T-Mobile) would work. We camped at Cabin RV Park in a Motorhome.

Kanab RV Corral, Kanab, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

Good: Clean showers and restrooms, perfect. WiFi works. Bad: Absolutely not family friendly. We were asked that our kids not run around - for me unbelieveable. Pool is closed. Manager is effective, but not friendly. Site is directly at the highway 89A and slots are very close to each other. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.

Calizona RV Park (55+ park), Needles, California

Date of Stay: May, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very easy deal: 25$ per night. WiFi included. In the summer the camp ground is as deserted as the surrounding (seems to be a winter location from the north). Very nice management. We camped at Calizona RV Park (55+ park) in a Motorhome.
