Fantastic value! Large sites, very clean and very well maintained. We got electric because our propane fridge is on the fritz. Even so, this is the lowest priced site that we have found in three weeks of camping, and there is nothing wrong with it! The area is beautiful. It is at the downstream side of the dam, and the river gushes up right outside the campgront gates. There are fish cleaning facilities on site, so I suspect that one can actually catch fish! The community offers all amenities, nearby (restaurants, shopping, etc.) Ok, it would be nice to have WiFi, sanitary hook ups and so on, but for "primitive" camping you cannot beat this.

Lovely setting, great value. We took a full service site because our propane fridge is on the fritz and so we need 110 AC. On site store had ice for our Margaritas! We had a beautiful view of the Missouri River. Site size was adequate, and nicely surrounded by greenery. Lots of locals leaving rigs empty at this time of year, so not at all crowded. There were a lot of amenities that we did not take advantage of, like a spa at the resort next door, tennis courts, horseshoes etc

Way overpriced ($49). We are in a campervan, and only using a full service site because our propane fridge has gone on the fritz. Our site is tiny, so small that they put the firepit on the hillside behind us at a 30 degree slope. It has a grill on it, but I dare you to try to use it. Worse, the campground is nearly empty, and there are much better sites vacant. We arrived at a few minutes after closing and the "host" couldn't wait to get rid of us. Unfortunately, we booked for 2 nights, (which our "host" went out of her way to pont out was non refundable) so we will let them soak us yet again tomorrow. As the saying goes, "Fool me once, shame on you." I do not know what the rest of the campgrounds are like in the vicinity, but I cannot imagine this is the best value.
