Mountain Home RV Park, Mountain Home, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This RV park is beautiful. Then entrance was well manicured and the staff was excellent. The sites were well planned and roomy. The pads could accommodate up to 100 ft. The roads are wide and easy to maneuver. The trees are new but placed in a way that as they mature they will not block satellite reception. The restrooms and showers are clean. Additionally, they have a great store. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Mountain Home RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Sandy Riverfront RV Resort, Troutdale, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

The ladies in the office are super helpful and concerned. The access into the park was actually easier than they described it. Enough room for our 65 footer if you angle in. The grounds are clean and well kept. I could hear the trains and felt like I was home. There are some full time residents but they were accommodating for our one night stay. We camped at Sandy Riverfront RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Winchester Bay RV Resort, Winchester Bay, Oregon

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

This has been one of our favorite resorts! We hate to give it a 10 because then we may not be able to get in again. This resort is immaculate and the scenery is beautiful. The amenities and facilities were clean and new. There was a beautiful walking trail on the bay around the resort. The evening host was friendly and accommodating. It is a tight squeeze for a 65 foot rig but you can do it. We will stay here again and again. We camped at Winchester Bay RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Ancient Redwoods RV Park, Redcrest, California

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This is a fairly new park that is on its way to becoming a great place to stay. They do not have showers yet but are working on it. The restrooms and laundry room were clean and nice. It would have been nice if the laundry room had a coin machine. The sites were nice but the trees in the resort were young which isn't a huge deal considering you are in the middle of the forest. The drive in and out was a treat. We loved the office and store. It was full of all sorts of unique treasures. We hope the management will continue to grow and develop. We would love to stay here again. We camped at Ancient Redwoods RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Pomo RV Park & Campground, Fort Bragg, California

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

This park was in a beautiful setting. The biggest drawback for us was that we were parked next to the restroom. We probably would have given it a 9 if we had been in a different site but we were assigned to this spot due to our length. Additionally, the sign for the park was difficult to see as we were coming in from the south. The pads are gravel and fire pits were available as well as sinks to clean fish. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. The showers are coin operated. We would stay here again. We camped at Pomo RV Park & Campground in a Travel Trailer.

This park had nice amenities and the swimming pool was lovely and warm. There was a nice golf course. The owner/manager was very nice. The pads were level and well maintained. It was an unexpected surprise considering their location off of the highway. We camped at French Camp RV Park Resort & Golf Course in a Travel Trailer.

Club Royal Oak RV Resort, Kingsburg, California

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

There was lots of distance between camps. The trees were mature and the river provided beautiful scenery. The park was very secure with the gate. The staff was extremely accommodating. It would have been nice to have sewer hookups. The women's shower wasn't the cleanest and we were unable to get warm water. One of the women's restrooms was also closed. We enjoyed our stay there and would return. We camped at Club Royal Oak RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Las Vegas, Nevada

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $67.00
Overall Rating:

The campsite was very clean and easy to get into. We arrived after hours and the staff was very helpful as was the staff in the morning. The hookups were great for our rig. The sites were a little close together and did not have a ton of shade. The biggest drawback to the park was it was difficult to get back onto I-15. We camped at Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.
