Nice campground. But way away from the interstate. Not a whole lot to do here. Concrete pads, 50 amp and sewer. Well maintained. Be sure you have extra water hose because on some sites you have to share the same fixture with your neighbor. I had approx. 40' distance to get water.

This is a nice and quiet campground. we stayed there for two nights. The lots are fairly level and gravel. Several spots were shaded which was nice. Great cable TV, and we had no problems getting decent wifi. We would stay there again The only drawback is Bonifay, FL. is one of those little towns that seems to have been passed up during a growth spurt. Not a whole lot to do in the area.

We stayed for 7 days here. WiFi was not good, spotty. Also for cable they gave you a box to hook up. I could never get ours to work, so carried back to office. We were to leave Thursday but our drive through site was flooded in by a severe storm and we were not able to leave for all the flooding and mud. Not close to the beaches or casinos.

Overall, this park was clean, well maintained, and pleasant. We were a little shocked at the very narrow site we had to back into, given the narrow streets and abundance of many wider sites around the park. We found out later that had we called the park directly and not the reservations call center, a more appropriate site would have been made available. We could not use PPA as the Nascar race was that weekend. We will probably return as this park is close to Miami Homestead Speedway.

The park was great. Large lots. We stayed on the east, or older section. We chose a back in site on the canal, but could not enjoy because of the "nosee'ems". No fault of the park. We were able to see some Manatee's there which were pretty neat. We would have no problem staying there again.

Nice shaded lots. Ground cover is dirt with gravel roads. Very quite when we were here in May. Probably 75% of campground is permanent sites with RV's and built around decks. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice. We stayed for three nights and we will be back.

Several months ago we drove by when this campground was run by another name & owners. We didn't really like the looks of the place at the time. Several months later we heard about this young family buying the campground and doing work to improve the appearance of the place. We drove back by later and the appearance was amazing from what we had seen before. We spent the weekend there and enjoyed the surroundings and the pool. We will return again for another stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights and didn't want to leave. The facilities were unlike any that we've encountered: lush landscaping, wide roadways, Tiki Huts on each site, dock on the waterfront, gorgeous setting!!! The staff was friendly and most informative about things to see and do while in the area. Thanks to the host, we were able to spot some of the endangered Key Deer. He knew exactly where to send us! Each private site was large enough so that you didn't feel crowded and watched over. The pool was refreshing and clear. On the fun side, the Iguanas moved like Velociraptors! LOL! All great to watch while relaxing in the Tiki Hut or sitting on the dock. Did I say relaxing? Gee, that's something I don't do very often. We'll be back next year!

When we arrived and checked in, they had an usher lead us to our camp site. Once I was backed in they even provided blocking and leveling of our travel trailer. If we needed any wheel blocks they would have provided them also. The RV park was wonderful. Shady, very quite and very clean. We have raised three children, and we now have a grandchild, but we didn't see or hear any children during the four days my wife and I were there. Most of the folks are there from December through April, have been staying there for several years, and even have their same slots they have always had. Then go back up North to their homes for the summer. We plan on making Southern Aire RV Park, one of annual stops also. Great place.

We camped there July 24th through the 27th. We met friends from Tennessee and South Carolina there with there travel trailers and had a great time. Two of us had G-28 and G-29 that face each other. I'm not sure I would like that if I didn't know who they were. And the third party were three slots down. The campground very clean and very quiet. The summer months are good there, but in the winter, there are snowbirds there for extended stays and it is often hard to get a spot. We would recommend this to friends.

We stayed at Red Top Mountain towards the end of May, 2009. We had my Mom with us, who had never camped a day in her life. My wife and I had no idea if she would even like it. We had spot #28 up on a small hill over looking Allatoona Lake. What a breathtaking view. The campground is very clean and quite. My Mom could not believe how peaceful it was, and is willing to go there again. We will try to make it back more often. I give it two thumbs up.

We live in the area of Blythe Island Regional Campground, and for quick one or two night weekend getaways we go there. We find it very quite, spacious camp sites, and clean. The personnel are very friendly, and assist when needed. They know our name, and know the spots we prefer. One time our spot was not available when we called, and we were assigned another. When we got there our spot had become available, and they reassigned us there. One night $27.00. Money well spent.
