Brown County KOA (formerly The Last Resort RV Park) , Nashville, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

The TL Directory listed "paved/gravel" roads. Only the entrance area is paved; the rest is dusty gravel. The sites are gravel with a concrete patio and they are very narrow sites with very little privacy especially if you have a "buddy" site with strangers sitting two feet in front of you. The good things about this park, are it's very quiet during the week and only 3 miles from town. We camped at Brown County KOA (formerly The Last Resort RV Park) in a Motorhome.

White River Campground, Cicero, Indiana

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $17.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very quiet park during the week with several sites on the river. The biggest drawback with this park are the roads: lots of potholes and mud on the turns in every site. It is close to good restaurants in Noblesville/Cicero. Will definitely return here when the roads are repaired. We camped at White River Campground in a Motorhome.

River Ridge Resort, Stanwood, Michigan

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

They have beautiful landscaping at paved area sites; a very nice camp store and a boating area. Most of the sites have concrete parking for rig and car and picnic table with fire-pit. We really liked this park and stayed for three weeks. However, it was really packed with lots of kids on weekends so driving slow was a must. We camped at River Ridge Resort in a Motorhome.

Kewaunee Village RV Park and Campground, Kewaunee, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Gravel roads, but not much gravel. Our pull thru had trees so awning could not be used. Trees were difficult to maneuver around. Nice owner. We camped at Kewaunee Village RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

This is a great campground for "big rigs". Escort to site, concrete roads, pads, etc.. Ample space between sites, nice walking path around park. Plan to come back here on the way home! We camped at Lakeside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Ameristar Vicksburg RV Park, Vicksburg, Mississippi

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

The park was nice. The Manager told us they had only a few sites available and only 30amp. However, the park never filled up and there were lots of 50amp sites available. Also, lots of gnats flying about day and night. We camped at Ameristar Vicksburg RV Park in a Motorhome.

Prairie Oasis Campground and Cabins, Henderson, Nebraska

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This campground was easily accessible from I-80, however, the park's roads were muddy with big pot holes. The pull-through sites were extremely narrow, with no room for awnings, or tables, chairs, etc.. We camped at Prairie Oasis Campground and Cabins in a Motorhome.

Osage Prairie RV Park, Nevada, Missouri

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Small park with mostly gravel roads, sites with grassy area and picnic table. Owner very nice and trying hard to make improvements. Several old trailers in park did not add to overall appearance. We camped at Osage Prairie RV Park in a Motorhome.
