This place is very poorly maintained. Many long-term residents in aging, decaying rigs surrounded by junk. Next to a road with a lot of heavy truck traffic, so very noisy too. The interior roads are narrow and the gravel hasn't been replaced in years. Electric and water hookups are ancient, wrapped in rotting foam and electrical tape. The staff were friendly enough, but the whole place just felt neglected and unpleasant. Except for the entrance -- which was deceptively clean. I would stay here again if it was just an overnight on the way somewhere else, but I wouldn't bring the family here on vacation.

What a lovely place! A little further from the highway than most KOAs, but that was a plus for us. Well-kept grounds, friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. This is a place to bring the family and stay awhile -- but it's also convenient when you're on your way somewhere else. Honestly, can't say enough good things about this place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Small park with nothing fancy. Just inexpensive, clean, and very convenient to I-95. There's a state park across the road -- a nice place to spend the day if you decide to stay awhile. The Schumans are lovely people. Highly recommended.
